It has a swimming pool and is close to the Rio Grande shopping Center. Transportation to the downtown area is easy since there is a bus station outside the hotel. One can also just take a taxi. The breakfast buffet is very good. I would make sure the beans are not watery, though. That would be my only recommendation.

Best customer service. All the staff members vwere all polite and room service was perfect

I like everything , the employees are so friendly and they always do a great job, in they works

I have stayed here before and will stay here again. It is well located and a quiet place. It has an excellent breakfast buffet. It is near the Río Grande Mall and Sanborn's restaurant attached to it. It has an inside swimming pool. It is near bars and casinos, and there is a new movie theater complex withing walking distance.

I have stayed here before and stayed again because last time we were there it was wonderful and clean . This time around our room was decent but I could tell that the room was just picked up and orderly not cleaned. The tub was dirty the floor need to be sweeped and mopped I had put our used towles out to be replaced with cleans that did not happen the towels were just refloded and put back up the reason I know this is because my lip stick was still snugged on a towel I love the staff and hotel I think they just need to check their rooms a little better.

I travel to Juarez several times a year to visit family and usually stay close to the border. I usually shop around for the best price hotels since they are all similar in quality in that area and find that iStay has the best prices most often. They have underground parking with security which is assuring. I travel with my wife and infant kids so having access to ice makers and a microwave is plus for us. iStay has ice makers on 1st and 3rd floors (not all hotels have ice makers) and a microwave on the first floor. Some rooms have been remodeled but the bathrooms still need work. Overall nice place to stay for the price.

I have stayed here before. It is close to a summer Theater Festival given every year in Juárez. I also come for periodic conferences at the UACJ (Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez) every other year. I always end up at this hotel. It is great. It has spacious rooms with excellent firm beds. Each room has a hair dryer, a safe box, a coffeemaker, and ironing facilities. The staff also provides a small water bottle every day. It has a swimming pool and a daily breakfast buffet (eggs, cereals, meats, coffee, juices, etc.). It is also adjacent to Sanborn's, a restaurant and store open until late at night. There are museums nearby (Museo de Arte and Centro Cultural de las Fronteras), two shopping centers (Río Grande Mall and Plaza de las Américas), excellent restaurants, casinos, bars, and discotheques, a university (UACJ), and, farther away, a market (Mercado Juárez). In all likelihood I will come back to this hotel again.

This hotel was undergoing a remodel we were given a room on the floor that was being worked on there was an odor quite a bit of noise and traffic I stayed at this hotel once before and that stay was much better than this one would consider staying here again after the remodel

I came to Juarez to see my dentist. This hotel is close to his office. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and generous. The underground parking was safe and convenient. The only thing that was not easy was getting dinner from room service. It is better to walk to one of several nearby places to eat. And the walls are thin.

Quiet hotel perfectly located next to Sanborns which is my favorite place because it has a great magazine and book section, bakery and a nice restaurant. It is also conveniently located near Rio Grande Mall .I just stayed one night so I was not able to try their breakfast buffet which is served in the hotel's inner courtyard. Very pleasant and courteous staff.

Staff was friendly hotel with clean lots of things accessible around Hotel like restaurants shopping transportation

I have stayed here before and will, most likely, stay here again. It is very quiet and conveniently located next to Sanborn's, a great place to eat and shop. They also have laundry facilities.

It was a nice room, swimming pool was great indoor only thing that they closed it early

We stayed one night only front desk person was not very friendly nor helpful, its a nice hotel, clean bathtub was old and seems like it needs to be replaced overall this is a nice hotel.

We've had to re-book this hotel for a week now due to unforeseen events. The staff has been amazing every step of the way at times going beyon! Hotel is conveniently located and has everything that you need without ever leaving your hotel!!!!

I have had a very comfortable days into istay hotel.

The hotel is pretty run down and in need of remodeling. I paid $40 for a one night stay and for that price it's worth the stay. The hotel is connected to Sanborns (retail store) which is a neat store to shop at. Samborns has a restaurant and a bar which is convineant. The best part of this hotel is that it's fairly quiet given that it's on a busy street and next to 2 hospitals. I've stayed in other near by hotels and this one is the most quiet given the way they designed the rooms inward. He hotel also has underground parking. Not a bad stay.

I was in this hotel which doesn't have smooking rooms. They told me I could smoke in the balcony of the room but the balcony is like six feet long by 1 1/2 feet wide. I could not feet confortable outside of the balcony to smoke. The water in the pool seem dirty and grease. After spending several days there I was told I could not drink alcohol on/around the public areas of the hotel. I am very concern about this because some one had fallen off the roof top for being drunk and drinking up there with other friends a couple of days before I checked in. Off course the person die and the management of that hotel is under going a very tough investigation. I found this out form a security guy who works there. The people at the bussiness center don't even know where or how to turn the lights on. If I've known all this before I wouldn't have stayed at this Hotel. 5 starts Hotel, I don't think so. More like a hotel of horror.
