I have stayed here before. It is close to a summer Theater Festival given every year in Juárez. I also come for periodic conferences at the UACJ (Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez) every other year. I always end up at this hotel. It is great. It has spacious rooms with excellent firm beds. Each room has a hair dryer, a safe box, a coffeemaker, and ironing facilities. The staff also provides a small water bottle every day. It has a swimming pool and a daily breakfast buffet (eggs, cereals, meats, coffee, juices, etc.). It is also adjacent to Sanborn's, a restaurant and store open until late at night. There are museums nearby (Museo de Arte and Centro Cultural de las Fronteras), two shopping centers (Río Grande Mall and Plaza de las Américas), excellent restaurants, casinos, bars, and discotheques, a university (UACJ), and, farther away, a market (Mercado Juárez). In all likelihood I will come back to this hotel again.

This hotel was undergoing a remodel we were given a room on the floor that was being worked on there was an odor quite a bit of noise and traffic I stayed at this hotel once before and that stay was much better than this one would consider staying here again after the remodel

I came to Juarez to see my dentist. This hotel is close to his office. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and generous. The underground parking was safe and convenient. The only thing that was not easy was getting dinner from room service. It is better to walk to one of several nearby places to eat. And the walls are thin.

Quiet hotel perfectly located next to Sanborns which is my favorite place because it has a great magazine and book section, bakery and a nice restaurant. It is also conveniently located near Rio Grande Mall .I just stayed one night so I was not able to try their breakfast buffet which is served in the hotel's inner courtyard. Very pleasant and courteous staff.

Staff was friendly hotel with clean lots of things accessible around Hotel like restaurants shopping transportation

I have stayed here before and will, most likely, stay here again. It is very quiet and conveniently located next to Sanborn's, a great place to eat and shop. They also have laundry facilities.

It was a nice room, swimming pool was great indoor only thing that they closed it early

We stayed one night only front desk person was not very friendly nor helpful, its a nice hotel, clean bathtub was old and seems like it needs to be replaced overall this is a nice hotel.

We've had to re-book this hotel for a week now due to unforeseen events. The staff has been amazing every step of the way at times going beyon! Hotel is conveniently located and has everything that you need without ever leaving your hotel!!!!

I have had a very comfortable days into istay hotel.

The hotel is pretty run down and in need of remodeling. I paid $40 for a one night stay and for that price it's worth the stay. The hotel is connected to Sanborns (retail store) which is a neat store to shop at. Samborns has a restaurant and a bar which is convineant. The best part of this hotel is that it's fairly quiet given that it's on a busy street and next to 2 hospitals. I've stayed in other near by hotels and this one is the most quiet given the way they designed the rooms inward. He hotel also has underground parking. Not a bad stay.

I was in this hotel which doesn't have smooking rooms. They told me I could smoke in the balcony of the room but the balcony is like six feet long by 1 1/2 feet wide. I could not feet confortable outside of the balcony to smoke. The water in the pool seem dirty and grease. After spending several days there I was told I could not drink alcohol on/around the public areas of the hotel. I am very concern about this because some one had fallen off the roof top for being drunk and drinking up there with other friends a couple of days before I checked in. Off course the person die and the management of that hotel is under going a very tough investigation. I found this out form a security guy who works there. The people at the bussiness center don't even know where or how to turn the lights on. If I've known all this before I wouldn't have stayed at this Hotel. 5 starts Hotel, I don't think so. More like a hotel of horror.

The only bad thing about this hotel is that they do not turn on the AC in the hallways so every time you leave your room you feel the heat right away which is uncomfortable. Besides that everything else was great.

Price ok, room ok and friendly staff. Hallways are hot. Bed a little to hard, gotta take our personal pillows with us. We'll satay again!

The hotel is nice and pretty I would like a Lil bit more of professionalism with the staff because when you check in they do not greet you appropriately and they do not give you directions neither for the WiFi or to give you directions of where is your room located and what is included or not.. But everything else was perfect

Staff was great, very clean, great food, beautiful hotel

I'm a single parent and this hotel was a blessing, great location and amenities. It was a great deal for us

I think the best describes this hotel is awesome service and staff. I had a great time and I'll keep coming back

We stayed here for a couple days and it was great. Nice hotel, friendly staff. They are very intent on cleaning the room, so if you sleep late don't be surprised when they knock at your door at 9:00 AM and then again later in the day. They will then call you to see when they can come clean. Overall, great hotel. Highly recommend.

Very good service and a great time with my frinds and family. thank you very much
