3 minutes walk to the American consulate and 5 minutes walk to CAS very convenient 🙂

I didn’t hate this hotel, but I didn’t love it either. Rooms are pretty small, which I don’t mind. The AC unit was nice & worked very well. I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning! 🙂 Walking distance from the US consulate and the medical clinics and across the street from a huge mall. BUT the sheets were not very clean and there was multiple hairs on the bed and in the sheets. They did not have free mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap like typical hotels have. They had a soap dispenser by the sink and in the shower. I don’t think they wipe down their toilet seats or anything in the shower. I think the main issue with this hotel is cleanliness.

Bed pillows are too soft, need to be more rigid, overall my stay was pretty good, sweeping in the rooms could be better too ( lots of hair balls concentrated on room corners.

Just what I needed................................

If you can pay slightly higher rates for a hotel. Choose one that has more amenities. This hotel did not even have a safe box in the room. There is no workout room either.

Delicious breakfast, specially pancakes. Omelette and chilaquiles

I liked the convenience of where the property is located. It is close to the medical facilities and the US Consulate.

Like the location very close to the U.S consulate , had state at the Ibis hotel in San Luis Potosí , Very clean , nice rooms Wish they would offer dinner service Breakfast is great

Its close to everything if you need to stay for a visa and the place is great

Evrething is close to the USA embassy , and to the restaurants and mall

Too hot the room no AC it was a night mare in the afternoon because it was too hot

Really cheap clean good breakfast really good people Clean rooms

This hotel is in the same culdesac as Clinica Medica Int. and a very popular 24 hr local diner. Just a few min. walk to the Embassy, fingerprints, convenience store, Wendy's and Denny's. Shopping mall, movie theater and other eateries just across the street. Can't get a more convenient location than this. Rooms are small but sufficient for your needs. Take a cooler or buy a cheap one from the convenience store as there is no fridge or ice machine. Delightful staff. Good food at their restaurant. No pool/gym on premises, but they give you a complimentary pass to use the one at the mall if you ask.

This hotel is good, we stayed there for a week and were comfortable. It would’ve gotten a 5 star if it would’ve had maybe a pool or gym. We were bored out of our mind. Tv had very few channels, five to be exact. We saw rat traps but then again, rats are a common thing everywhere so no big deal. At least we didn’t actually see them.
