The hallways smelled of musty fish. We had trouble with our key card three separate times (locked out), and when we told the manager, he said it was our phones causing the problem, and didn't seem at all concerned. If our phones could wipe the key cards, why weren't we told at check in? The room set up was amazing - the king room was actually a two room suite with two bathrooms. Perfect for traveling with grandma and a toddler. The room had a small fridge and microwave. The room was decently clean - though could have been cleaner (water drips on door frames, etc). Housekeeping didn't speak English, so we had trouble there (FWP, I know). The mattress in our room was on its last legs - the whole bed moved when even our toddler turned over in his sleep. But, it didn't have one of those awful polyester quilts, so that was good. Overall, I would stay again. Maybe ask for a room with a newer mattress.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I stayed here for work travel and so far no complaints! This is my second week. Ample free parking , free breakfast with good variety and free Wi-Fi in the room.

Hotel was twice the price of adjacent hotels. Room was semi clean hair in sink and tub. Indoor pool was listed as an amenity but upon checking in we discovered the pool was closed for months since that was the deciding factor in where to book and to pay twice as much that was very disappointing.

This stay here may not have been far from home but it was far enough for the night. The hotel was very clean, welcoming and made us want to come back or stay at another Fairfield inn. Overall great value for the price.

This is a terrific place to stay when I am in town for a running event. It is very close to everything. I love that they have breakfast. You can walk to restaurants downtown or TGI Fridays is in the hotel. I have stayed here for running events like the Santa Hustle as well as the 500 festival Mini Marathon. You can't beat the location and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was 11pm. Needless to say, I was ready to check in and go to sleep with no issues. The lady working the front desk was amazing. She was so pleasant and happy to serve at 11pm. My room was clean and comfortable. I only stayed there from 11pm-5am.

The staff was very nice. Felt the room was very small. Although was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were in town for business from Los Angeles. We were a little worried about the hotel at first glance, as it was dark and under construction. The building seems to be very old. Luckily, the rooms had just been renovated, so it was fairly clean and somewhat updated. It looked like they had put drwyall over the old walls and made it look new. We booked the suite, which was basically a room with a king bed and a room with 2 twins (Who puts twins in rooms now a days??...I guess the small size of the room does not allow two queens) Our room did not have central air and heat, so it's a noisy wall unit. The windows are also pretty thin and there is a lot of noise from traffic and a train that seems to run through every 15 minutes or so. Shower and bath area was clean, but also very small. Booking a suite, we though we might also get a desk with a chair, but that was not available either. Oh and by the way, if the hotel clerk recommends the Italian Restauarant across the street named Vincenzos....DON"T GO! Now that was horrible.

The hotel was clean and the staff there were great! While there, we went to the zoo, aquarium, and kings island and the location of the hotel was perfect for traveling to those places! Overall, we had a fabulous time, the only thing I could say is could use improvement was there weren't enough towels stocked and we had to keep asking for some.
