Great rate and in decent condition. Room was a bit cramped because so much of it was taken up by big refrigerator, stove, sink, counters and cupboards that we didn't use. Note that there are no dishes, utensils or pots and pans provided if you want to use the stove to cook anything.
Room was great, but seemed like a lot of homeless people wondering about. Staff was great. Bath towels were pretty worn.

There’s no counter top in the bathroom for your toiletries. You have leave your toiletries in the room and get them into the bathroom one by one as you use them. The air conditioner was very loud.
This was a little further away than I usually stay and it didn't matter. The room was so clean and had everything that I needed. It really was like a small apartment, with the great closet and drawer space and big kitchen area. I will definitely stay again. So much more for the price than the hotels where I usually stay. And I saw that it is dog friendly too. Just the best.

This property and our room was perfect for a 14-day visit back home to see family located all around Butler County. It was also less than 5 minutes from one of my company's offices, which allowed me to work part-time while in town to save vacation time. It's less than 5-minutes from I-275/I-75. The parking lot was well lit and felt very safe. The staff and other residents were all very friendly throughout our stay. The decor was updated and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!
I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room was mildly satisfactory. Bathroom tiny with no counter space. Limited outlets and easily accessible. Furniture was old and falling apart. Only table in room legs were falling off as well as the kitchenette... dirty towel was left in the sink upon arrival . Parking lot was full of potholes... hotel had a strange odor. Garbage left in hallways by cleaning staff.
Our room should of been cleaner. Dirt in corners and some kind of a puddle was on side of the hard surface floor. A terrible smell in the room for five days that would not go away. The entrance should of been cleaner. Entrance rug was very dirty.
