The outdoor pool is great, however, it is located down a long steep stairway which presented a problem for us older folks as well as our youngest granddaughter in her stroller.

I had made reservation for wrong date. Manager helped with my problem and got my reservation corrected to my complete satisfaction. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout the three night stay.

We were there 4 nights, first night the TV had to be reconnected, not a big deal but every day after it would tell us we were not authorized, and only worked off and on. Didn’t get room service except to replace towels, didn’t need beds made or anything but vacuuming would have been nice along with replacing the toilet paper and coffee.
