I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is amazing but with the ballpark and numerous restaurants nearby it is noisy at night. This hotel will be our go to for future trips to Cincy.
Everyone was so friendly, Logan the valet was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Check in was smooth and the room was very clean with a beautiful balcony view of the Ohio River.

Convenient for event we went to. Parking is not ideal. Public parking in actually under builsing byt no access to building from parking garage.

This was the perfect place for our trip!
What I didn't like is that it didn't have a mirror where the desk is. That would have been more convenient instead of having to bring a chair to the bathroom to apply make-up. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
Hotel room needs to be cleaned properly
The staff is ON POINT. THE Ambiance is great, they assured us we would be able to leave with the Marathon going on downtown, and, we did! My daughter had the best Bachelorette party!
Our room had amazing views of the river and the All American Ball Park with its wrap around deck! The roof top bar was a definite plus with awesome views too. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.
The food was un-edible!!!!!
Ease of checking in and out
We arrived at 430pm for the 4pm check in time and were told unfortunately the rooms weren't ready yet. We decided to wait on the room at your bar and took a seat. The bartender made eye contact with us, then a line formed by the cash register. He decided to work the line of 10 people before us, we waited, then after the line a new customer sat down, he turned around and acknowledged us, but proceeded to help the other person instead. I went to the cash register and said I didn't realize we needed to come over for service. He told me not to take it personal and told the 2nd bartender they would need to help us since he didn't want to. I asked for his name, Shawn. I asked him if it was Sean or Shawn, he threatened to call security on me at this point. Completely unprofessional and not the service or experience we expected when choosing to stay at the AC. We will not be back, and will be sure to advise anyone that the AC is not the place to stay
