My partner and I stayed here for a few nights to see the city of Cincinnati. Upon first seeing the room, we were both surprised with the quality of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. (The shower is lined in marble, which was neat. ) For the price, we expected a basic room and a basic, mediocre 'place to sleep'. However, the bed was comfortable, their was a sitting area to the side of the room and a work desk as well. The television was 39" HDTV, with free HBO included. The room fridge was clean, and the room smelled fresh. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they all seemed wonderfully pleasant and attentive. Furthermore, the included breakfast was adequate and of good quality! (Complete with a make-your-own waffle station.) We most definitely will be staying at Red Roof again, and if we are ever back in the area, we look forward to staying at this particular location.

Great value for a hotel, close to many restaurants and shopping choices in very close proximity. The only downside I encountered was the cleaning staff. The person responsible for cleaning my room didn't speak any English, only Russian. He couldn't understand what I was trying to explain to him.

I was very happy with my stay. The front desk associates were very kind and able to accommodate our late check-out request. This was great news as we had been traveling all the way from NY to PA to KY for a wedding before we needed to drive all the way back the next day. The rest and late check out was greatly appreciated! VERY SOFT BEDS!!

Was fine for the price. Was nice that it had free breakfast

The room was large, modern and clean. The décor was very nice, bathroom was modern and clean. Would stay here again.

Exactly what we needed! A one night stay in between destinations. Overall, great hotel!

A room with two queen beds and two adults but only one chair

My husband stayed at this hotel for the very first time in order to go to Kings Island Amusement park. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had all the amenities that we needed. The pool was very clean and the parking was excellent. We didn't care for the continental breakfast. I wished that there was more of a pastry selection, but the tea was excellent!! It was English Breakfast, not the cheap tea. The location was great! It was about 10 minutes away from Loveland Castle and Kings Island, and all the shopping and restaurants. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We also reserved another room for my brother-in-law and his family. They had no complaints about the hotel, either. We enjoyed our stay!!

Stopped at the RRI in Mason for a night on my way down to Tennessee. Chose this hotel based on the reviews and price. This hotel met our needs well, however the room we got had clearly previously been a smoking room which was disappointing.

Stayed here overnight after a trip to King Island. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. I don't think I've ever stayed in a nicer room within that price range. I didn't explore much outside of the rooms so I can't vouch for anything else (pool, fitness, etc). I would stay there again without hesitation.

My last stay here was positive, but this stay was not. There was not enough toilet paper, shampoo or towels for four people. Three in the morning, we were awaken by loud music and a car honking outside our window. Breakfast was a disappointment. No milk, fruit and the orange juice and waffle batter ran out. The only positive thing I can write is that the staff was very friendly.

Overall the hotel was nice to stay at. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was about average if not below average. 4 types of cereals, small donuts, bagels, white toast, and waffles. Coffee and two types of juices that were watered down. The only real complaints I had with hotel was the hotel security features and the entire hotel had no air conditioning turned on. So rooms were hot until air conditioning was turned on in room. Side entry doors to hotel did not lock like they were supposed to after hours. No security cameras but at the front desk. Overall the price for the room was about average and I would recommend hotel if you don't mind the below par security features.

This hotel was very affordable and was very clean. The decor was very pleasing and it was very easy to access. I chose this hotel to stay for one night for a couple days spent in Cincinatti King's Island, a concert at PNC Pavillion and outlet shopping in Monroe. There's also a great restaurant located right next door in walking distance called Flipdaddy's Burgers and Beer...Its location was excellent and I will revisit!!!

The hotel was al right. There should have been some more things for breakfast, menu was just waffle, serials, juice, cake. Staff was not very professional, I felt that cashier is also staying in the same hotel. Room was good and spacious. It was cleaned and I didn't have any issue. The cost for staying two nights was $230, I thought that was little more.

In for the Tennis tournament, very nice hotel, we have stayed here before under other names. The new owners are doing a very good job keeping up the place. We did not have time to use the pool, saw others using it. The breakfast was what I expected, very good for free. They had waffles, cereal, muffins and donuts, and some fresh fruit.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly

Spent all day at KI, so it was nice to have a hotel just minutes away. Beds were very comfortable. Not much of a pool for kids... Outdoors and small. And the breakfast was a little stingy. But all in all everything was plenty for us and we enjoyed a relaxing night!

Hotel amenities were very nice and the hotel is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Location is perfect with easy access on and off of I71 just north of Cincinnati.

This hotel is very clean in the rooms. There are some amenities but it's not all that good. You could tell people were smoking in the rooms where it was supposed to be non-smoking. The breakfast was not the best. The price you pay could have been cheaper for what you got. The room were nice and clean, it just wasn't what I expected. Some of the staff wasn't very friendly and they had a stuck up attitude. Although there was one guy we felt with and he was very nice and if we had a problem he fixed it immediately.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was not the easiest to access from the interstate but not very far either,
