The location didn’t have much parking and not many gas stations near by. Very nice living quarters.

Upon arrival we were met with a blaring alarm in the initial entry corridor where we entered an elevator with what can only be described as a large pile of wet coffee grounds that had dried to the floor of the elevator and the rest of the floor was sticky. When we arrived at our floor we heard people yelling, and entered our room quickly were we were met with a similar stickiness on the floor and broken bedroom blinds, which is precisely the room you do not want broken blinds considering there is no room to change in the bathroom and when you exit the bathroom you are immediately met with a room that has blinds that can be seen through. My partner and I, upset and anxious, decided we would put the keys back into the lock box and go pay for a hotel. We did not stay and I sent the message detailing this the same night with a response the next day saying they would review. Instead of responding with further information I was regiven check in instructions and told that I was given a 5 star review as a tenant. I have been patient, however since there has been no attempt to reach a resolution from the other side I will be contacting who ever I need to and escalate this as high as I need to to get my 830 back. I am active duty military and was here for the first time in a couple years, I grew up in Cincinnati and this was easily the biggest downfall of my trip. I would appreciate if the company actually reached me back. I did not take many pictures however attached 1 do have.
