Love that this property is extremely close to Xavier University.
I booked this hotel on Orbitz, which included breakfast. When we checked in, the Hilton rep initially would not honor the breakfast, indicating Orbitz sells that so people will book with them. That issue is between Hilton and Orbitz, not the consumer. She made an exception and gave us the breakfast. I was miffed, so we stayed one night and moved to another hotel. Orbitz was great with assisting me with moving!
The front desk guys sucks!!!! Was told I had to book two days because I was a local guest. But wasn’t informed at times of booking. Made a reservation for the second night and when it was time to check in there was no room for me.
I had a cargo box on my car. Parking was lmited for tall vehicles
Hotel was great! Room was spacious, bed comfortable and very clean!
I thought the staff was very pleasant and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and the location was very convenient to Xavier and for getting on the highway.

I reserved 3 rooms at this property through Orbitz over a month prior to our arrival for our daughters graduation from UC for my family and two sets of grandparents for Aug 9-11.. A week prior I called Orbitz to modify two of the three rooms for an earlier checkout- (Aug 9-10), keeping the same check-in. They reassured me that all was set for my arrival and two rooms were changed to a one night stay. When the day came to check in ,the front desk had only one room available to us - we were told they over booked so they changed our room type and per their records the other two rooms were checking in on August 10-11. I called Orbitz and was kept on the line with them for over 4 1/2 hours!!!! From 6pm- 10:30pm- first with an Orbitz rep, 20 min wait for an Orbitz supervision (on the phone with him for over an 1 1/2 hrs) and then a 45 min wait on hold for a corporate rep!! Bottom line - the hotel saying it was Orbitz error and Orbitz blaming the hotel! One set of grandparents took the only room available, the other grandparents fortunately able to stay with friends and we had to inconvenience my daughters friends/ roommates to stay with them- this was a very busy weekend and many hotels were booked or rates were extremely high (which is why I had made reservations over a month in advance) Worst customer care - they have lost an Orbitz user- never again.
Great location and in great condition. Close to everything.
The design was awkward at first, but then I found a great parking spot up front.
Very happy with the hotel, it's location, and access to both the university and downtown. Used the gym facility which was clean and bright.
