I was in town with a friend for a concert. I wasn't sure what hotel I was really looking for, or what the best option would be. I saw the affordability and the distance of the hotel to the stadium and it was a good fit for us. The staff were helpful in answering my questions before arriving. I had asked if there was a fridge included in the room as the person I was traveling with is breast feeding and we didn't want to dump her supply. They were very accomodating in making sure she had what she needed. Area around the hotel felt safe, the parking garage with an elevator directly to the lobby was very convenient. Staff were friendly and quick to check us in. Room was clean and comfortable. Only wish we had was to have body soap and hand soap. We only were provided shampoo, conditioner, and face soap, but we made do.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully, a piece was missing from the wall, there was no coffee in the room (only tea, coffee had not been restocked)…minor things but for the cost, I was surprised. Also no coffee downstairs for guests on Sunday at 11am.

It was just ok. Way too many extra fees and too expensive for what we got through Hotels.com. I’ll never do that again. The supper was good but way too expensive. Upon checking in, I found the bathroom in my room to be unclean. When I reached out to Zack for assistance, I was met with a rather dismissive attitude. He informed me that housekeeping had already left for the day and would not be able to clean the bathroom until the next morning. Unfortunately, he did not offer any alternatives, such as sending someone to address the issue right away or moving me to another room, and he mentioned he had other priorities to attend to. This was particularly frustrating after a long day of travel. I would like to commend two staff members for their exceptional service. Jas at the front desk noticed my distress and took the initiative to clean my room herself, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Robin from the night shift took steps to elevate the situation and ensure I received the assistance I needed.

When we arrived, the beds were not made and the shower had not been cleaned. There was one bed with sheets that needed changing and one bed with no sheets what so ever. There was hair on the shiwer walls and on a dirty wash clothe. It looked as if they had stopped cleaning halfway through. The morning kitchen staff didnt seem to know what he was doing or how to do it. The omelets were over cooked and had so much cheese in it that i had to remove half of it. The pancakes were not even edible. The bacon had so much grease on it that I had to wipe my mouth off on the 1st piece. Poor guy was sweating profusely. But the staff at the front desk were awesome. The lady who checked us in comped our dinner for the inconvenience. Just wish the food had been better.
