Thank u for the VIP benefits. Got a 2bedroom upgrade and enjoyed the valet parking discount. The surrounding area at the GoldCoast Chicago was perfect -close to activities downtown Chicago. Breakfast choices were good. Sundry was convenient. Personnel were friendly, efficient and informative. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7 was wonderful bonus by the hotel entrance. We will be encouraging others to stay at Sonesta’s for restful lodging. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had things needed!

Rule

Everything was good. Clean and place is accessible to different stores, hospitals and bus stops. I just find the reception n lady inconsiderate when we were about to check out. I called and asked nicely if I could extend a little 15-30 minute to check out. Without letting me finish my reason she right away said NO. My baby was sick and wasn’t able to pack a night before. i just need a little time to finalize our stuff and my baby was takigg ng annap

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and prefectly located in Chicago to get around. The best part of this stay was the All-Star team that works there. John, Shyeisha, Dominique, Zohra ,and Jelena really make the stay great. They were a great front desk staff that each day of our stay were resourceful, helpful, and overall great kind/caring people. This place is lucky to have them! The service crew was just as great.! I had the joy of meeting Seth, Carlos, and Khari who were all very helpful with valet and overall maintenance/service needs at the hotel. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a short or extended time. Also, the breakfast was a good perk!

It was good. The breakfast and coffee bar were a plus. Hotel staff was very friendly. The deposit was a little egregious but it is what it is. Overall great stay would book again.
