Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and festive for the holidays. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Safe and convenient location. The only minor complaint was that the room was too warm. The thermostat indicated that the AC would not work if the temperature was below 55. Even in the frigid Chicago temps and with the thermostat off, our room stayed between 72 and 74 degrees.

Room was great,breakfast was very good and full kitchen excellent.They need to improve communication among front desk staff.I was told at check-in that I was able to stay an extra hour for checkout as I had requested.The next day the other front desk staff had no notification about it,and said that”it was first come first serve”basis and that I needed to call by 6:30 am to see if there was availability!!This is not the first time it happened and they need to improve re this matter.Also the coffee quality was very poor and different from previously 2 months ago when it was rich and velvety. There is definitely room for improvement. Overall,very good experience.
