I didn't feel comfortable at all. The space was too small for me and the ice machine didn't work at all

I paid online and when I make my check in they charge me doble. And the hotel smell like cigarette and was not clean. I leave when in see the room. And I don’t have my refound yet.

Dirty room, broken faucet, breakfast was cold right after being served, hotel staff did not care about concerns and said there was nothing they could, as there was no manager there.

Rather dim; not very much lighting on the parking lot nor inside. The bedding seemed clean there were a couple of small stains on the sheets but we believe they were clean, nor were the sheets crisp. It just had a look of being pre-used; but it smelled fresh (or had been sprayed). Part of the breakfast bar was down. Staff was very nice!

Excellent check in experience. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was well laid out and plentiful. Parts of it have been renovated recently, including our shower.

The elevators didn't work well. The doors only closed after four attempts and then stopped at every floor. Breakfast didn't include fruit or juice and the dining area was very cramped. There was blood from a previous guest on the bathroom floor.

I woke up at 5 am to use the restroom and found cockroaches crawling on the tub. I actually was able to smash one and take it to the front desk. I received a meek 10 discount off my room. Bad bad. Should have comped me more

Booked two rooms. When checking into 309 room was ok but water leaking from under shower tub onto most of bathroom floor. The second room 312 was occupied and had someone elses belongings strewn about like someone had been living in there for a couple of weeks. It took a hour for my other two clientel to get checked in and made us late for our meeting. I am not at all happy with either room and have been debating writing letters to both Orbitz and the Quality Inn in Matteson Illinois for a refund of my money paid for these two sub-par rooms on my visit. The staff was overwhelmed with other unhappy guests trying to get checked in and only one girl doing her best to keep up at front desk. Then at checkout they would not give me a reciept or anything proving I checked in or out??? This stay was a train wreck!

The hotel delivered a good 2 star experience. Check-in was efficient. The elevator carpet appeared dirty. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the fixtures were old and worn. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. The entire second floor was under construction, which explained why the elevator carpet appeared dirty. For the price, the hotel with breakfast was ok for me, but I wouldn't bring my family here.

Made a sudden reservation. The rate was very reasonable and the hotel was surprisingly wonderful.

ROOM WAS DULL VERY LITTLE LIGHT ABLE TO COME IN THROUGH THE HALF WINDOW.

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel - not so much! The room door lock did not work (sleep with one eye open), the elevator floor lights did not work, the tub did not drain, there was dust and dirt all over, the carpet appeared worn (maybe just not clean?), the sheets did not fist the bed (toss a bit? - not fun). In general - not a good experience. It will not happen again.

convenient, close to retail and food
