Love it - just needed a different room
I love this hotel, I'm pretty sure I'll stay here any time I'm in Chicago for a leisure trip moving forward. However, I will be asking to be on a higher floor and for a room at the front of the building, because I was on the second floor at the back, and at 6:30 am there were people standing outside talking loudly - then at 7:00 am a garbage truck came by. Way too much noise for me that early in the morning. Otherwise this will be my Chicago hotel.
