Excellent location. Excellent service.

We were there for 4 nights. Service is excellent, breakfast was really good!! (more than most American hotels I visited), rooftop bar is very cool, room was clean and quiet (but we were on a high floor so I think it might be noisier on the lower levels).

We were able to check in early and having completed the online check in it was a breeze. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Bartenders and breakfast staff were great. We have fun times at the lobby bar and rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was well organized with lots of different options. The area is in walking distance to shopping, The Art Institute and Navy Pier. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from nearby. Our room was big with space to move around and the bathroom/shower was equally spacious. I would stay here again.
