Location was super convenient, and the management was always responsive despite being offsite. I received a text around 2PM with my check in code and directions for how to find my assigned room, and the code became active at exactly 3PM. This place is simple, no-frills, but it is safe, clean, the bed was comfortable, and honestly I was stunned that despite being in a busy area, it was quiet enough that I didn't need my earplugs! I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a Hostel. They make it abundantly clear it is a hostel meaning you have to share the common area and bathroom. I would not recommend this place for anyone that is older than 30. It is old building. There are no elevators or escalators. You have to walk up very steep, squeaky and narrow stairs to get to your rooms. There are NO staff on site. Be warned! Door code they give you may not work. We got there late after a concert. It was a long exhausting day and was stuck in traffic for about an hour trying to get there. WHen we got there, 1st, the paid and reserved parking spot wasnt available. We had to go park on the street parking block away and psybfir parking there. 2nd, we get there and the door code we were given multiple times and confirmations did not work. We couldn't even get in. Someone was exiting and let us in. And said "my door code didn't work either. I hope you are not staying here for more than 1 night. This place is terrible". 3rd. We walked up to our room and the room door code didn't work either which was same as the exterior code. We called 800# they give you for customer service, they did eventually got us in after 3 or 4 different codes after we told her, you can't get us in. Just cancel and refund, which they won't. So we told them fine we will dispute it with CC Co and OOrbitz.4th, Room was clean, but floors were dirty both Room & shared bathroom. It was dank in the room, Sheet & towel were clean but felt damp. Turned out they double book parking.

I paid for parking and my spot was taken when I got back so I was left with NO PARKING. You can only communicate with the team via text and it took them hours to even try to resolve it and since I was already very unimpressed with the room/weird creepy hole in the ceiling/bed/filthy bathroom with a tub that wasn't draining I just left. Do yourself a favor and just pay a bit more for a hotel with staff who can assist you if things go wrong. This is is not it!!

We arrived a bit too early for check-in, but the staff kindly let us leave our bags there. We were also running late afterward, and they really took the time to help us find a quick solution. The staff was honestly amazing, even though they were super busy, they did everything they could to help us out. They understood exactly what we needed and were so kind and attentive. This is NOT a hotel in the strictest term of the word, more like a Pension. Bathroom was shared, with a communal kitchen area, NO smoke detectors in individual rooms, NO working ventian blinds on window! 1 light worked in my room, had to move the bed to find a place to charge my cellphone. Room was clean, building was very secure, BRING EARPLUGS street outside is very noisy.
