STAY AWAY..... ALL ROOMS SMELL OF CIGARETTES EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. STAYED THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS AND OUR CLOTHES SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. THE ROOMS WERE IN POOR CONDITIONS AND HAVE A 80s LOOK. VERY DISAPPOINTED, FOR GOODNESS SAKE, DO NOT STAY HERE , ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS. THIS IS GETTO OF HOTELS, WITH PREMIUMS PRICE, DO NOT GET FOOLED WITH ONLINE PICS AS THEY ARE MISLEADING, NORMALLY DO NOT REVIEW HOTELS, BUT WRITING THIS ONE FOR SAVE PEOPLE HEADACHES AND BAD EXPERIENCES....SORRY FOR THE CAPS.

Love this hotel we will be here everytime we come into town.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. And the person dat clean my room was excellent. My first night stay my bathtub wasn't clean or my sink.

The room was dirty with hair on the bed, pillows, and in and around the outside of the tub. A dry stain on the sink that was never cleaned and a stench in the hallway. I had a terrible experience. I also took pictures of the room.

I reserved a smoking room but when i went to check in the guy said there were no more smoking rooms

Sheets had holes in it . The room was filthy overall

Greatand well kept full breakfast compare to other we've stayed in. Room was not very big but good size...clean.

The older gentleman at the front desk was not pleasant. The rooms were not well kept and the shower did not work. I expressed my issues with the front desk and the staff did not seem to care. Overall it was just very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

For starters, the service clerk seemed she didn't want to be there, then I was told that there was no daily housekeeping and if you wanted clean towels, you had to bring the dirty ones downstairs in a basket and exchange them. We were only given one wash cloth per person. I personally use two. Thankfully, I brought my own. There was a kitchen in the room with no dishes. Ice trays for making ice (that is very inconvenient for a 1 or 2 night stay). I went into my non-smoking room to find a cigarette burn on the carpet and a stain on the comforter. I reported the stain and received another comforter (which had a stain on it as well). The best part about this hotel was the location. I would not recommend this hotel for first time travelers to the city or people looking to get away.

Extremely poor check-in where I waited and the clerk took other people behind me in line until I interjected. Decor is the worst I have seen in any hotel. Dingy and unattractive. When walking in, just plain depressing

This is my 2nd time staying. My hubby and I didn’t have any complaints- room was clean, staff was professional and pleasant. The place was not far from the airport and restaurants.

Run down..My wife daughter and I were uncomfortable!!

The staff members were great and very helpful with all of our request. However the room finishes were below my expectation.

Sticky floor, gross fluorescent lights, bedding circa 1980. Ineffective, loud air conditioning. Loud neighbors rolling in at 4:30am. No Cubs playoff game available. No amenities. No daily room straightening. Clean towels only if traded in for dirty ones. As a woman traveling alone it was the first time I can remember being uncomfortable in the Lobby, hallways, near other guests or waiting for my cab outside. Thankfully I spent very little time actually in the double locked from the inside room
