A very cozy and comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. We appreciated the full kitchen as well as unexpected little touches like an umbrella by the door and beer glasses in the freezer. Would absolutely recommend when planning a trip to Wicker Park!

Excellent place to stay! Erin and Charles were friendly and very responsive hosts. Everything was clean and just as pictured. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short bus ride to The Salt Shed for a concert.

This property was exactly as advertised...the check in process was seamless and the owners were very quick to respond. Upon entry it was immediately evident that every detail was thought out to furnish the unit and maximize the space. It was extremely clean and had everything needed for the stay there. The location was perfect (at least for my stay). It was within Wicker Park and was within walking distance to both Logan Square and Bucktown. I will definitely look this property up again when I'm back in the area

Perfect stay!

Easy check-in, great host communication, excellent location! We stayed Sun-Thurs for a concert at United Center, about 7 mins to drive in late afternoon weekday traffic. Street parking on location was safe and always available at any time. Unit is wonderfully open, comfortable and has many thoughtful amenities perfect for any length of stay. Would gladly stay again!

Excellent stay

The space was exactly what we needed for our accommodations. Love the area and felt like home. The attention to detail in the space really makes a difference and Charles/Erin were easy to communicate with. Accommodated us well and thought the layout was super interesting. Good for a couple or small family.

Relaxing weekend

We stayed over Easter and appreciated the location, cleanliness, and use of the sauna in the unit. The communication with the owners was great. The unit was well appointed. The bed was comfy. The sofa, while newer, was not comfortable but the owners report that it is scheduled to be replaced soon. Overall a positive experience.

Wonderful Property

My wife & I have stayed in this studio unit several times. It is clean, quiet, comfortable & close to many restaurants on Division St. The hosts are very accessible & provide an easy check in & out process. On street parking is ample & safe. This is the best place we have stayed in the Chicago area & will continue to use whenever we visit.
