This place is a gem! Everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Host is super communicative. Very cute and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for NU’s Family Weekend and had a wonderful experience! The two-bedroom apartment was bigger than we expected — spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near NU, with easy parking and a Tesla charging station. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

John’s apartment was beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. He was quite prompt in responding to any questions we had, and the entry system was convenient and easy to use. The beds were very comfy, and the coffee center in the kitchen was well-stocked, as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed our Chicago visit immensely!

Our host, John, was very attentive and gracious. We hosted family and friends from the neighborhood for Christmas and had plenty of room for all the festivities. Kitchen was well supplied with what we needed to cook our holiday meals and plenty of space for family game night at the dining table as well as the living room. Loved the comfy beds and thoughtful amenities provided. We are looking forward to our return trip!

We were so pleased with the comfortable and stylish accommodations! The kitchen was well appointed; outfitted with newer small electrics, dishes, and such. The house was exceptionally clean and the furnishings comfortable. This location is close to the lake and downtown is an easy train ride. Host communication, check in, and checkout were all much simpler than other stays. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the place was as described and exceeded our expectations. It’s in a cool neighborhood near the red line, and was easy for us to get around and explore Chicago. It was quiet and felt safe at night on the patio. Nice and vibrant area during the day short walk to the beach. John is a friendly host, communicates well for check in and out. Nice to have a private place all to ourselves for the week. My wife was happy with it too as were my teen boys.

Our stay in Rogers Park was excellent. John’s prompt communication, the quality of the unit, the amenities for a long term stay (we stayed 32 nights), off street parking, location to the beach, the walk-able neighborhood, easy access to the L and buses, the amenities in Rogers Park…we can’t say enough good things. It was my wife’s favorite of our past four long term summer stays in Chicago. Everything in the listing description of the unit is on point and even better in person.

Our spectacular stay!

This place is incredible!!! From the moment we walked in, I fell I love with this apartment. It’s so clean, new and very well decorated!! I told my husband that I would move into this place in a heartbeat. The kitchen was fully stocked with extra small appliances, new pots and pans, dishes and several sets of glasses with wine glasses too. There was a beautiful assortment of teas and coffee pods. Large screen tv’s in the living.room and bedroom. The linens in the bedroom were hotel grade and a beautiful quilt with multiple matching pillows on both beds. The mattresses were brand new and you felt like you were floating on a cloud. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. There is a dedicated parking spot for you too.I can’t speak highly enough of this place and the host always answered me right away when I had a question. I will definately revisit this place when we return to Chicago.
