Perfect place to stay in Chicago

The duplex was the perfect size for my friend group. We had a blast staying here. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location. Wonderful property manager. The property could have been much cleaner and the washer was not usable during our stay and there were signs of wear in the apartment, but the property manager offered to fix everything during our stay.

Chicago trip

Very comfortable property close to some nice restaurants and ample shopping. Surprisingly quite at night enabled a great nights sleep.

Great Chicago Apartment!

We loved this apartment! Looks just like the pictures. Great light and tons of room to spread out and relax. Location is terrific. There's a nice park across the street and a bunch of good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again the next time our travels bring us back to Chicago.

Perfect Place

We were in town visiting my daughter at Loyola. Perfect location for us. Parking was a huge bonus. So many great places close to walk to. Apartment was clean and decor was fun. The patio for also a great bonus.

We had an amazing stay. The duplex was very spacious with lots of room to hang out with our group of 5. The decor and vibes of the unit were amazing! The full kitchen was also lovely. We had some issues with the plumbing in the unit, especially with the upstairs shower water pressure. This has been discussed with the host, and they said they would be working with the team to fix it. I appreciated the quick communication from the host, and they were very helpful during our stay. The host followed up for feedback regarding our stay, which was well received by the host. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us as well! We had a slight bump in the road with getting the door code to work, but the host responded in a timely manner and resolved it quickly. The location of the VRBO is nice, within walkable distance to surrounding restaurants and convenience stores. We used a lyft to get to further destinations but pick up and drop off was made easy. Thank you for having us!

Chicago weekend

We stayed for a long weekend. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the trains and everything Lincoln square/north center has to offer! The condo had everything you might need (very well stocked), and communication was great. Having a garage was a major bonus since we drove up.

Bachelor party and Cubs game

Our experience was awesome. Very comfortable for all of us. Really enjoyed the property and could walk around and find everything needed. Even walked to Wrigley. Great experience. Thank you for the opportunity.

Cute, great location

Really cute place and great location. Love the included parking space. It was just the two of us, but the place is huge and could easily sleep many. The biggest issue was the plumbing - we only had one working sink and one working shower, and they were on different floors. But we weren’t around except to sleep, so it worked out.

Perfect house for get together with old friends

We used the house for high school friends, who hadn't seen each other in 25 years, to attend the wedding of a another friend. The layout of the house was perfect for allowing conversations in various different settings and moods. We would use this location again for a future get together.

Country bumpkins visit Chicago Museums

We live in a very rural area and wanted to see Chicago. This property was better than advertised! It was a short walk to the L for easy commuting to the Loop, where we walked to Field and Shedd's. We enjoyed the parks and neighborhoods by the apartment- all very safe. Apartment was spacious, clean, quiet. Kitchen stocked well for cooking meals. We would stay here again.

Perfect for us.

Traveling with an old friend. Loved that we had our own bathrooms and were on two floors. Everything was supplied and all as advertised. Easy making the arrangements and very clear & concise communications with the owner. The garage is a big plus. Really nice little neighborhood. It would be perfect for a couple with kids. I’d stay again. Thank you!
