Friday night I asked to be switched because the rock club 1 block away was loud, couldn't sleep. They switched me immediately to other side of hotel. Breakfast items aren't always labelled, just verify in case of prohibitions or allergies. Great options to choose from, food and drink! Friendly staff and helpful. Guests need to learn to NOT LET THE ROOM DOOR SLAM.

This is a good hotel. Only thing I didn't like much was they gave me a room at the end of the hall. My room was literally about 20 ft. from a busy road. The traffic noise was constant. Otherwise, the hotel is good, it shouldn't have been built so close to a major roadway.

I had a great stay thankful to Eugene who made sure I had adequate accommodations for an elderly person. My only concern was having a door with 2 peep holes which I covered with tissues but was something unusual. I &am a regular at all Hilton properties throughout.

I enjoyed the easy vheck in and out, the great, friendly staff, a decent breakfast, and a super comfy bed! Our second night was very noisy, slamming of doors and a noisy AC, did not get much rest the second night.

Once we checked into the room we notice the bed was broken, we tried to call guest services from the room but the phone wasnt working so we had to go downstairs to inform them. The front desk employee stated that maintenance was on break but as soon as they got back she would send them up to check out the bed....well its no fixing that bed just give us another room. After explaining that to the front desk employee they decide they would give us another room. After finally settling in after a long drive my family is exhausted so we go to bed only to keep waking up hot we didnt have access to control the air conditioning, it kept cutting on and off all night. We couldnt wait for morning to get here, at check out we explained about the air and the front desk employee said she will see if her manager can give us some points back...ma'am I don't want points back I want a discount on this room! But nothing as of yet....

Adequate for a short stay

This is not the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in but it was clean and adequate. The staff was welcoming, efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable but didn't have all of the toiletries I have gotten at other locations. The only snacks available were from a vending machine. It would have been nice to have some snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Breakfast was nice but a little lacking in pastries, fruit and yogurt. It was fine for one night but I just didn't feel as comfortable here as I have in other Hampton Inns.
