Nice and definitely stay again, convenient access to all places

good location but several areas to improve. The door to my room (124) wouldn’t open consistently with the key (sometimes had to put it into the door 3 or 4 times). Pool area was nice but smelled of over chlorination and water was leaking everywhere on the area from the hotel to the pool.

Great hotel for a great price. The only complaint would be that the beds are very firm, but they weren’t so bad that you had a restless night. Very convenient location and the staff are super friendly.

It was very clean and the staff very kind and helpful.

We wanted to be near Waynesville. This hotel was close, had the best reviews and offered a decent rate. After staying, we can understand why the reviews were so good. Clean, comfortable, up to date.

Comfort Inn-Maggie Valley was what you might expect at a chain hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think it was overpriced but summer rates were the same most places I checked. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our three day/night stay at the Comfort Inn in Maggie Valley. The hotel was conveniently located and offered fantastic views of the surrounding fall foliage. The staff treated us as if we were friends staying at their home. And the free breakfast was awesome!

This hotel was better than I expected it to be. I chose this hotel for the reasonable price which was better than a lot of other hotels in the area. I expected it to be a lot of disappointments; but for the price, I was willing to deal with for one night. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. My children also had a great time at the pool. My only complaint is that there is absolutely not enough parking; but other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Good location. Right on the main street in Maggie Valley. Wonderful staff, but difficult to evaluate fairly because an entire section of the hotel was being renovated. My room was in that section. Looks like it will be nice when they finish.

I was pleasantly suprised when we got to this hotel. The staff was friendly and overall the place was nice.

Great location, comfortable room, good breakfast! The view is fantastic and it's close to area restaurants and shopping.

Good, quality experience for the value. Free breakfast and wifi. Clean room. Friendly staff. Interior entrace rooms. Stayed here to access Cataloochee Ski Area; there are closer hotels but not by a significant amount. Met all my expectations for the price.

My son and I stayed and the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was top notch.

This Comfort Inn could pass for 3 stars. Very clean, great location, very good free breakfast. Unfortunately price over holiday weekend was also like it would be 3 star hotel.

very clean, well maintained facility, friendly check in and check out despite arriving at 10 pm

We were there to visit the casino in Cherokee. A curvy drive about ten miles to the casino. The dinner across the street was friendly. I would stay there again. I would rather stay at a Westin or a Hilton, but none were available. This place was okay.

Great location to shopping and walking - especially in Waynesville. Nice to be able to go to casino - 15 miles away= road was very good but a lot of tight curves!

My experience was great for the price. I will stay there again next year.

We used the hotel as a base location for visiting relatives and sightseeing. Quiet and restful - room was clean, bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast was adequate - and there are numerous "small town restaurants" nearby. Small fridge and microwave in the room were handy. We have stayed here before, and will likely stay again.
