Unwind at this charmingly historic home that has plenty of room and comfort for up to 6. Enjoy peaceful evenings with your family and friends in the fenced-in backyard with a deck for outdoor dining. Located in the heart of downtown Concord, this home is just minutes away from the Atrium hospital, the Concord Greenway and other attractions the city has to offer. Plus, free parking for up to 4 vehicles ensures hassle-free visits. Feel at home in the one queen bed, one full bed and two twin fits that are provided. Pets are also welcome—additional fees apply and breed restrictions enforced.
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
Quiet Time After 11:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance.
Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
Do not flush feminine items down to toilet.
Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 67 degrees when away.
Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.
