My friends and I stayed at the house while we were attending an event at Cabarrus Arena. It was the perfect location - only about 15 minutes away. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and had a great fenced in backyard. Jannelle, our host, was amazing and was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay there again!
Jannelle was fast and friendly and helpful in all communications and checked in to make sure all was well. The house felt like home away from home and the location is PERFECT! Close to everything we needed, parking for 2, fenced back yard for our dog. We stayed for a month between moving from NH and closing on our new home nearby. I would recommend for family and friends if I knew someone needing a short stay house.
Enjoyed my stay here, location is perfect if you are in town for business at the Atrium hospital and health complex, you are just a few minutes away. Also located less than 10 minutes from the Depot Antique complex, one of the largest in the nation; I went there two days in a row. Frankly you could spend two days in there and not see everything. The house is quaint, probably built in late 1930s but completely renovated and modernized inside while keeping key period features, such as indication fireplaces, intact. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and service, coffee corner is generously stocked. Parity’s off story, backyard is fenced.
