[Covid version] Super impressed! Great staff, easy and free onsite parking, room was nice and practical with a kitchen, and the free breakfast was made to order (pancakes, sausages, eggs, hash brown...etc, all freshly prepared by the awesome ladies in the kitchen)! Highly recommended for those staying 3 days or more.

Nothing at all no coffeee no soap to wash hands one face an dry towel

Wet towels from previous people were all over the floor, sheets dirty, food awful, pool closed without notice. Not worth the money at all.

We simply had a fantastic stay. My son graduated out of UIUC and me and my wife drove from NJ to Champaign to help him pack up and move home. We decided to stay in Champaign for a week and work from there while helping him pack in the evenings. So, bottomline, we stayed a week in a suite in Residence Inn. Stayed the whole day in room and worked. The room was excellent, clean and a steal. We literally got it for the week, for what it would have costed for a day on a normal time. The kitchen was well appointed. Internet was blazing fast, probably because there were very less users, especially during the day. We originally were thinking of taking upgraded internet at $5/day, but their free wifi worked like a charm. They had free breakfast, where we go pencil in our order and they make it fresh and pack it so that we can take it to room and eat. The service was fast, the people were courteous. BIG SHOUTOUT to the killer pancakes. Can't believe a plain pancake could be this tasty. They also offered options of eggs, which my wife liked. They also had other meat options that we skipped as we are vegetarians. They had fresh fruits, fresh juices, excellent coffee, yoghurt and more. The breakfast alone is worth the entire money we paid for the stay. They even refused tips! The bathroom was chic and stylish. Paul Mitchell toiletries were nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. They had a excellent work desk and plug points everywhere. Sofa and chairs were comfortable. Five Stars!

rooms for all 3 members of our party were not clean...linens, sinks, etc.

The room was really nice! Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was so so, the room was so small / crowded for 4 people, exercise room wasn't maintained (no towels, no airconditioned, not ideal for working out )

days ago, I booked this hotel just because I prefer to book with residence inn if I tralvel with my family, so we can have a kitchen , big room , sofa bed for my son as well, check in is ok, just after look through the room, find no complete bed setup for sofa , then ask for it at the receptionist sveral times, but finally still have to go down to get it by ourselves. others things like not clean room, my son saw a hair left on quilt, my wife did not see new paper napkins in the empty holder the next day, it does not really matter but feel much difference way with the residence inn.

We booked this hotel because of previous reviews of cleanliness... We agreed! The hotel felt brand new despite being open for a few years already. Although we were only there for a quick overnight, some of the features made it seem especially welcoming, including the outdoor fire pit and basketball hoop.

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. They are set up like a tiny little studio apartment - perfect for any type of travel. The included breakfast had a lot of nice options (but mediocre coffee). The staff couldn't have been nicer. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed the night with three boys to celebrate our youngest sons birthday. The staff was super friendly. The room was perfect for what we needed. The boys had a blast swimming and then hanging out around the fire pit outside. We were super impressed with the breakfast and all it had to offer. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Champaign/Urbana area.

an excellent value. the room was extremely clean and well appointed
