Overall our stay was good. Only one thing is,although the room was clean, it had a little cigarette odor which was not pleasant.

Facility doesn’t provide conditioner.

Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the comfort of the bed and swimming in the pool.

Excellent staff, housecleaning and amenities. Very easy check in and cleanliness especially noted.

The whirlpool was out of service. My mattress was broken and didn't have any support on the left side. The breakfast, however, was absolutely great.

Hot tub was broken and pool was freezing cold so kids didn't want to swim.

Nice cozy stay. The price was too much but it was a nice convenient hotel that was convenient to our location.

The room and bathroom were in terrible shape. We were given handicapped room. The check in lady was not professional The break fast room guy was rude

We got to the hotel after a long drive to only find out that they had overbooked the hotel. They sent us to another hotel in town only to find out that they refused to pay for the hotel cost of $300 despite the fact that we had pre-paid for our room at the Ramada. We had to file a formal grievance to get reimbursed. The staff was very rude. I will NEVER go to this hotel again. note: I had to rate on cleanliness and comfort for the review to go through but we didn't actually stay in the room

It was very quiet !!!!! It is supposed to be smoke free but periodically I smelled cigarette smoke!

The room was pretty stinky, cobwebs in the corners, & used Kleenex in the nightstand drawer. Pretty creeped out the whole time. Could hear the guy in the neighboring room hacking all night and the people upstairs walking around. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
