Great room, great price
We didn't like anything about this reservation. If we could undo, we would. Dirty pool. Dirty place. Lot's of noise. Broken blinds so there was light day and night. Soap dispenser broken. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS PLACE.
Staff & mamagment were extemely polite, courteous and professional. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were satisfied. The manager was courteous as well in helping us make the situation better.
Great place to stay. The studio is set up quite nicely for my family.
Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are set up in a smart way. Made our trip very convenient.
Mold in the showerhead that looked like black algea, sheets needed a fuzz buster, housekeeping made the room up for 2 people, not 4. Partial roll of tp, no backup. night staff was unfriendly.
We were greatly disappointed with Home2Suites in Cartersville. Staff was rude. Our room only had 2 towels, barely a roll of toilet paper, and no extra bedding for the pull-out bed. The pull-out was terrible to sleep in. It was definitely not worth what we paid.
Hotel somehow overbooked us and several others- not sure whose fault this was orbitz or Hilton! Expecting a room with 2 queens and a pullout for 6 of us and got stuck with a room with 1 bed and a pullout-so we had kids sleeping on the floor! Asked for extra blankets and pillows to salvage the night and make a place to sleep on the floor, and finally after 30 minutes got 1 thin blanket and no pillows! Overall a very bad experience
Newer and updated property but service is HORRIBLE. Staff makes lots of excuses of “why not”. Reserved 3 rooms, requested that they be all together and they would not change rooms because they were “already assigned”. Told to come back for additional keys. Our stay was 4 days and trash was not taken out AT ALL. Went downstairs and request 2 large trash bags, put all the trash in it and brought it to front desk (one was full and the other 3/4 full). The clerk said, “O wow” and I said “this is not acceptable”. Towels never replaced, floors not vacuumed. Pretty sure housekeeping logged the room as cleaned but obviously not. The utensils for the grill was not available. Floors in lobby filthy until the day of check out. Not anything like any Hilton property I have ever stayed in. If corporate would visit this property they would be very disappointed.
