I love how the property was connected to the Marina Puerto Cancun mall, easy access to shopping and restaurants etc... The hotel was great and the staff was Super friendly and helpful we loved Isabel, Laura, Kaoni and Nelson when we had questions, need a cab and when I needed a conference room for business call. They were excellent!
This property is located by Puerto Cancun and it is the best !! Its about 10min from Zona Hotelera and about 30min from the airport. We choose this location because we wanted to be near the beach and this location had about 3 different beaches not even 5-10 min away.You can catch their bus system for 12 pesos.The taxi are more expensive or you can always catch an uber definitely cheaper.The hotel is connected to the mall you hardly have to leave the hotel for anything. The staff is very helpful in anything you need.We had forgot to print out our tours tickets and its was 11pm and our tour was the next day at 8am the staff was so helpful despite their business center being closed they sought out to help us print our ticket, not once did they hesitate to help amazing staff. Rooms were very clean and neat loved everything. Only thing that I was not aware of was that they charge for WI-FI it wasn't a big deal but something to take into account when booking.
Service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean. Once the rest of the area is developed it’ll be an amazing view on the harbor side.
I can’t get over the bed and pillows . It’s been the best night sleep I’ve ever had lol I would definitely stay here again ❤️
I don’t like anything about this facility there no beach close by and the food so expensive it’s inconvenience for bus stop is too far you have to walk far to catch the bus.

Loved the property and nearby area, great option for a family with kids needing to avoid wild and loud party scene areas. Resort does not have its own private beach, but they are a short taxi ride away.
