Wonderful. The location is perfect, the mall is right next door and it has a ton of great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is comfy, lots of places to chill and relax with great music. The gym is great also. I really enjoyed being here vs the typical tourist areas on the beach. Great experience. thank you

I thought the Renaissance Aruba was nice but, the Renaissance Cancun was beautiful!! The staff was amazing. I loved the restaurants in the hotel 5/5 would recommend!!

The staff were rude. I ordered room service after waiting 35 mins the entire order was delivered wrong, they redid the order and it was delivered without utensils. The utensils issue was corrected by then our beans, eggs and coffee was cold. My card was charades $55.00 and more than half the breakfast was left uneaten on the he tray. I complained to management and they dismissed the problem as if it never existed. I would nor recommend this hotel. No air conditioning in the room and the shower was clogged and you had to rush so you wouldn’t walk in your dirty shower water. I rate it 3/10.
The hotel is really nice and the front desk staff was amazing and super helpful with information about getting around. They made arrangements for our taxi and kept me informed on timing for the taxi because he was running late one day. There is a mall that is connected to the hotel and there are some great eatery in there. As a vegan it can be challenging to find good food but we found a Thai place in the mall that had great food and an Italian restaurant that does handmade pasta which was really good too. Our room had a great ocean view and I saw the sunrise from my bed every morning, just amazing. One thing happened the day we were leaving and that’s the AC went out but it kicked back on shortly after letting the front desk know. We will definitely go back!
