Luxury 3 BR Condo in top location near Las Perlas Beach

Close to the airport, the beach and Cancun largest mall, casinos and the best restaurants and shops Cancun has to offer.

My condo has just been remodeled to the last detail (2023) and its equipped with everything you need to be as comfortable as possible. Everything in the condo is new, including all linens and furniture, all new large 4k TVs. All new Air Conditioners everywhere, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee station, 2 covered parking spots in a super safe condo complex.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great unit, location and complex if you want to get away and not be bothered. Pool, fitness center and tennis. It’s a bit of distance to get to majority of dining options. Uber necessary.
