We booked and paid this hotel at 22:45 06/26/2022 from Orbitz.com , and arrived at 23:00 06/26/2022. However when we arrived, my name was not on their booking list, so the hotel staff could not let us in. He called their customer service and I called the orbitz customer service, finally after 90 minutes, Orbitz paid for us. Terrible experience !!! Never happened before !!!

Rented for two nights, only stayed one. Hallways smelled of smoke, couldn't smell anything over very strong cleaner smell in room. WiFi was pretty weak, couldn't conduct a work meeting via Zoom.

You seriously get what you pay for. I had to go ask for room service. And when I did they got angry. The room smelled and management is mediocre.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older and a bit run down. My sheets were clean and fresh they need new bedspreads!!!!!! Bathroom was clean and fairly updated.

This Hotel is absolutely disgusting !!!! The rooms smell like MOLD there is MOLD on the window sills and windows, The Housekeeping doesn't Clean your room even after asking multiple times. The bathroom was still dirty from previous guests. We spoke to the manager on numerous occasions trying to get our bedding cleaned and clean towels , they assured us it would be done, They never did it... Trash all over the property, inside and out. The worst place we have EVER stayed and we travel almost every weekend. Would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. Booked online and they said it was NON-Refundable. We wouldn't recommend this place to our worst enemy. Save yourself from this Nasty Place and book elsewhere!!!!!

Very poor service , could hardly understand the employees , Had a family emergency, weren’t even in the room for more than 5 mins and we received a call, about our family memeber . Politely asked for a refund and we were rejected instantly. Harsh smell in room (non smoke ) room . Don’t go here ! Very very disappointing.

It was a convenient location for our needs. Room was nice for price.

Stayed one night during road trip. Good prices, good breakfast, and clean and comfortable rooms/beds. We were right off of the highway so it was easy to get on and off and to get started in the morning to continue on our ride. We were able to book the hotel on the same day, and to check in late without any issue. Would recommend staying here while in the Buffalo area.

Nice hotel for the money. The breakfast could be better. The facility is a bit old but the roon was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was still dirty from previous guests.
