There was a dirty sock in the corner of the room and moldy ice cream left in the fridge. The guy at the front desk obviously did not want to be there/ he had the welcoming personality of a damp rag. I wanted to tell him: if he doesn’t want to work and greet people optimistically then go home! The place was dirty, rub down, and neglected. It’s best to drive 29 minutes further down the road to the next exit.

First of all we get to our room and no toilet paper. No worries it was quickly rectified. The quilt on the one bed had a very foul odor so I didn’t sleep in it. The day we were leaving the breakfast was nothing like the pictures. No cold cereal no milk no waffles and two pieces of fruit. Sad. Should not advertise breakfast.

When we got there i had everything paid for online, and on the booking site it never ONCE stated id have to put a 50$ deposit down (the would be returned when i left) so i had to do cash because i dont use cards often,the manager told me she'd be back to give me my money on the 7th and she was not there,so the employee had to do a run around, thank goodness the employee was good and got me my money. Also it did not state in the booking site that the amenities were under construction, i booked it because of the hot tub and activities but it was all closed off and i was not warned of it prior to my stay. I will not be booking with this person again i was so disappointed and i believe i should have a 1/4 of what i paid for it back for the disappointment and false advertising.

The breakfast was good. Nice people at the front desk. However, the bathroom and room floors were really dirty. I'm not sure if they clean the bathroom bc it wasn't even toilet paper. Couple towels were not white just kinda yellow. We didn't take showers.

I’m very disappointed with house keeping l was told that they only cleaned the rooms on Thursday and Tuesday and I arrived on Thursday so I was denied room cleaning service for the entire stay housekeeping offered me a change of bedding for to do it myself and I declined the offer because I am paying for my room and I should have room cleaning services and I had to walk out to the other hotel for check out because she said no one showed up so she had to cover both sides. I did not appreciate going over there for check out and I had to walk back to the parking lot l am disabled and wasn’t up for the extra walk also a dog was in the breakfast area and no staff around.Overall I am disappointed with this hotel since they just clean rooms that were checked out and do room cleaning service only on Thursday and Tuesday….

Staff was great- Room smells musty. Room tiles leading to area are lifted and make cracking sounds and you can hear them each time someone walks over them. Shower curtain in handicap bathrpom is not long enough to allow shower use- without water leaking all over the bathroom floor at least 2 feet away from shower when its used- potentially causing a slip & fall it not wiped up right after use.
