I recently stayed at your Marriott hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Our room had a stained carpet and we were provided with only two towels, despite being three guests. Additionally, breakfast was not included, and we had to visit reception twice due to a malfunctioning keycard. On check-out day, we requested a late check-out at 10:45 AM, given the fact, we lost 20-30 minutes going up and down twice
Bc of the central computer giving them issues with the e-cards, but the receptionist denied it, stating we hadn't inquired about it earlier. After escalating to the manager, we were granted an extra hour, with an apology citing "NYE busyness" - ironic, given the hotel was nearly empty. The service was unaccommodating and unsatisfactory. I hope you address these issues to improve guest experiences.
