As you walk in there’s the smell of humidity in the building. Everything looks old. Worse thing that happened was that we couldn’t take a shower because the Tub had two pieces of used soap pieces in the corner.

When my family arrived , we were not provded a room. The clerk said Orbitz overbooked and Orbitz will refund our account..
The area was abundant with restaurants tp choose from nearby. The street noise was loud for the room I had street side.
The owner wants to know your home address just in case you make a mess. He will try to show you pictures of the disgusting mess guests have left in the past. He just gave us a creepy feeling and didnt fee safe. Of course, no refund. The place is run down and old. Never again.
Not clean. Bathroom floor gross. Very noisy - people out in hallways after 10pm
The location of this hotel is very convenient. We loved the hot breakfast served each morning, which is a difficult amenity to find during the pandemic. The room was very spacious, quite clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint was that they used tiny little kid pillows (maybe twin size, but they seemed smaller) on their king size bed. Those desperately need to be upgraded; then the bed would be much more comfortable.
Was glad the facility is pet friendly. When we arrived late in the evening we were told we’d have to wait 20 minutes to check in because of some nightly audit. Got in the room and the tub had bath beads coving the tub floor. Turned on the water to rinse and there was only a trickle. Got a birdbath and went to bed. Water still out all morning. I passed up other less expensive hotels because I thought paying a bit more would make the room nicer. I would avoid this hotel.
