Fantastic hidden gem, great location, love the kayaking and pool. Staff are great as well!

Wonderful little resort with tons of activities, beautiful scenery and a good breakfast!

Excellent value and amenities, loved out stay!

It was a step up from a camp ground , not all amenities listed were available 😔thought it would be nicer , not at all what we expected although the view was nice. It had a lot of potential if they updated and fixed it up

It was so much more than we expected! We expected a hotel but it was a property filled with different buildings set in an absolutely beautiful location combining woods and water! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We are already planning a trip back again!

The view amazing, the onlything wrong was not enogh hot water it went from luke warm to cold then back to luke warm.

They told us not to book with Orbitz and call directly to the hotel to book next time. I think we would have be given a better room if we took their advice.

Outstanding amenities and service. Mike the GM was so helpful. We had an issue with our TV and he fixed it right away. Over and above attitude and all of the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely location and property. We enjoyed the breakfasts too!

We love the hotel location and our room which is facing the ocean. To our surprise, everything is included: canoeing, kayaking, miniature golf, basketball, fishing, and most importantly, breakfast! We had a great time canoeing and it was the first time for our sons. We will be back again soon.

Pros: stellar location, great breakfast Cons: dated/dark interiors, amenities listed were missing, photos on website did not look like any room we saw, long waits in office for assistance We had hoped to hang out at the hotel and use the amenities. The fitness room is nonexistent (transformed to a meeting room?). The “fishing pond” has no fishing poles... just a pond that they recommended we didn’t visit because of ticks. The canoes/kayaks/SUPs are first come, first serve with no regulation and many broken parts (half of the oars were split in two with jagged metal ends). We got our kids geared up and went to use them twice only to turn back because they were all being used. The wifi was patchy. The rooms were not well cleaned (rusty bathroom shelves, a few bugs, carpet that was dirty). The ping pong table had one, flattened ball. We were just disappointed all around. In a few years this might be a great place (new ownership took over less than a year ago), but right now, the website seems a false advertisement for amenities and rooms that we did not see. Great graphic design and photography... not representative of what was there, though. Luckily the location is great so we spent most of our time driving around to nearby beaches and restaurants.

At first it appears to have some rustic charm, and at check in they were friendly and helpful. But arriving to our room we found there was hardly any lighting, a small bathroom with broken tile and no fan, a noisy air conditioner, bugs the doors had inch gaps in them. You could hear everyone in the rooms around you. The breakfast that was offer (same everyday) what tasted like powdered eggs and bacon was terriable, the coffee as well was not good. The amentinties are worn down the paddle for the kayaks were broken, the bikes half with chains off or handle bars that were broken. We never had anyone come to make the bed or empty the garbage my husband on the second day finally called for towels. This place has a great view, but it is run down and not maintained.

Very comfortable room. Nice location in the Boothbay Harbor area, close to everything but away from the crowds. Very clean pool and lots of kayaks to use. Enjoyed this hotel very much.

Staff was very accommodating. It is off the beaten path but still close to town. Very quiet and relaxing.

It was wonderful and we loved the free kayaks. We will be back next year and indeed would recommend to others.

Had a relaxing stay. Enjoyed the amenities and the filling breakfast,

Needs new flooring. New chair. Bath nicely renovated. But room extremely musty. Would not stay again or recommend because of smell
