The desk clerk named “Mimi” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to us when we discovered that our reservation had not been effective. She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!

This hotel is usually where we stay when going to Boone. It’s our home away from home. The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and always courteous. Something I don’t see usually in hotel reviews is about the beds. The beds are very comfortable and my husband who has a bad back sleeps quite well. The price is usually spot on in comparison to other hotels in the area. We recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Exterior door at the end of corridor was never locked. Breakfast bar was about the worst I ever saw. There were two uncomfortable straight back chairs in the room. Electrical outlets were at a minimum. The freezer in the refrigerator was completely clogged with frost. No anti slip in tub Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Came down for graduation weekend with family. Breakfast non-existent (cereal at best, no hot food) advertised Game room, Pool, both out of service. Most aggreges was, ALL exits, post signs, "For our customer's safety doors will be locked and Must use room key to enter", laughable ALL exits locks don't work we walked in out all weekend, as Could anyone else who wanted to. REAL Safe!!! Avoid is possible.

The shower handle in the bathroom fell off . The bathroom wall above shower head was peeling/cracked horribly . Behind the nite stand was garbage and Filthy. Paint stains on hallway was awful. This should be checked out. The amount of money we spend for the room was tremendous and the room was horrible. If at all possible we would like a refund of a portion of our stay. If a inspection of property is done you will clearly see what we have mentioned.Thank you.

The first room we were given had a broken TV. The second room had a broken sink drain, shower drain andbthe TV had pixel lines running vertically every 1 inch. Internet speed was slow and TV only had about 4 channels. Thankfully i brought a HDMI so I could share my phone screen. One male staff member was very cordial but the rest were lazy, worthless and did not understand English well. I refilled the coffee and hot water urns both mornings at the sub par breakfast. The staff were to lazy to handle the breakfast area and stood watching while guests were disappointed until I took care of it for them. Then, no onensaid anythingbas I helped myself in andniut ofnthe kitchen area directly in view of the front counter. Even a "sorry your not allowed back there" wouldnhave been more understanding than the ignorance and blindness to the situatuion. If not for the one gentleman who checked us in, I would rate this stay as the worst accommodations I've ever had. I forgot to mention the vending machines were broken and we had to go the the hotel next door for drinks.

As a pet friendly hotel, just make sure all furnishings are being checked & cleaned. Our pull out couch still had rawhides inside. The jacuzzi bathtub did not work & we had to move rooms late of the evening. The pool wasnt in working order so we was told we could walk next door to use the pool there.

We booked the hotel for a soccer tournament Friday through Sunday. The lights on our room was dead, the lamp didn’t have the knob to turn it on. The pool was closed but wasn’t posted on there page. We was told to go next door to share there pool with the other hotel. There arcade only had 2 claw machine and a pool table that wasn’t working. Breakfast was horrible, microwave sausage biscuit and one waffle maker for 10-20 people in the morning. A lot of people were going out to eat after seeming what was for breakfast. If you’re booking for a place to spend the night this would do. But if you’re spending a few nights. Go somewhere else.

Overall we are satisfied with our stay. Shakira at the front desk is Amazing!! She is so good at her job while making you feel welcome! Only complaint was breakfast. 1 waffle maker for everyone when nothing else is available to eat is ridiculous. Premade sausage biscuits and bagels were frozen , all juices were soured and warm. And that was it so we had to skip breakfast. If you can’t do it right don’t offer it at all.

Room was clean, however there were several items around the room that were in poor condition. The vents on the AC unit were broken, toilet paper holder in bathroom not able to hold the roll and one of the bed frames looked like it was close to totally breaking. The pool was out of order, as was the games in the game room. Staff at check in and out were friendly and helpful.
