Mark checked us in and he was wonderful!! He was very professional and friendly. He had his hands full as many of us stayed there for a dance competition. He was great!
I would like a partial refund. This hotel safety of guests is questionable. The door entrance to the building by our room did not work and anyone off the street could just walk in as the door reader with your card was broken. I brought it up to 3 different clerks and nothing was done. And by the entrance was the doggie area. It was filthy and full of trash that had not been dumped in forever. Beer bottles were laying around the doggie area and I reported to the clerk three times . Still a mess when we left three days later. Our room was not cleaned in the three days we were there. Would like info on how we could get a partial refund.
We arrived Friday evening. Hotel was quiet. Desk staff basically didn’t speak. Our first room smelled strongly like wet mildewy carpet - it was horrible. We decided to try to tough it out. My daughter went to shower and there were no towels. She went down to the front desk and got towels, then realized there was no shower curtain. There was hair all over the bathroom and both the tub and toilet were visibly dirty. We asked for a new room. Front desk staff was indifferent but gave us one. The new room smelled like a dog. We left. At least they let us out of the reservation, but then we had to scramble to find another place to stay for the weekend.
The carpet in the room seemed to be damp the whole time I was there. The AC unit never really cooled, the display was not working. The staff was freindly.

Clean and comfortable room. No breakfast because of covid , but could have lowered the price instead
The room was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Staff was very nice. Only thing that I didn't like was the Breakfast was NOT for a diabetic. There also was no hair dryer in the room and we did not bring one with us because we thought there would be one in our room.

Short staffed, garbage cans throughout the hotel overflowing, several breakfast items missing every morning, no one cleaned the rooms during 5 day stay, dogs barking in every floor, people bring their dogs to breakfast area, hallway carpets disgusting, and many more frustrating events to mention. Definitely don’t recommend!
Location was fine. Room didn't seem to have been properly cleaned; rumpled bedclothes. No shower curtain. Not terrible.
The room was a non-smoking room and reeked of smoke. The carpets were dirty in the hallways and in our room.
Easy check in and clean room. Great parking but maybe better signs. We went into Country Inn by mistake.

We apologize that our hotel was not to your expectations and that our health and sanitation measures were not to your satisfaction. Also, we are so sorry that our guest room, room amenities, and flooring were not properly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff and that you experienced an odor.
