Property was clean. Room was cleaner than anticipated and very nice. I don't normally stay in motels as they usually leave a lot to be desired. Just stayed over night for a day of skiing. Breakfast had to be picked up and eaten elsewhere because of COVID regulations. It suited our needs well.

All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself is old and limited but the staff does the most they can with it.

Property is in a great location in the town. Close to

AC is too loud. Can't sleep. Shower is broken. Services are good. No elevator. Many people smoke.

We loved the solid feeling of the hotel. No hot tub or inside pool.

Clean and comfortable beds in the skeleton of a small, old motel. Does the job if you just need a place to sleep but not big or swanky enough to hang around all day. Breakfast is robust for a long day in the mountains (sausage, biscuit, eggs, oatmeal, cereals). Plenty of restaurants nearby. Just up the road from the trailhead of Profile Trail. 20+ minutes to Grandfather Mountain private attraction and Linville Gorge Wilderness area. 40+ minutes to Roan Highlands.

It is pretty disgusting experience when you walk to your room and saw trash and underwear lying under the chair. All the team did was showing up in 30 min after we called and picked them up... The shower was kind of slow and you can also see cigarette butts outside your room.

Better than average road side hotel. Nice little pool, very helpful and attentive staff

Very friendly and courteous staff. Quiet and peaceful location.

Conveniently located and comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

when people in other rooms were using the shower or flushing the toilet it was very noisy.

Well-maintained, very clean and convenient to ski areas. Staff is especially friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

A bit outdated, but nice hotel close to amenities and restaurants.
