We were driving a long distance trip with a handicapped person who is in a wheel chair. I reserved 2 rooms one that should have been handicapped. When we arrived they did not have an handicapp accessible room available. We checked in and they said that it didn’t have a roll in shower but the bathroom would be big enough for her electric wheel chair. It wasn’t. We tried both rooms but neither were big enough to accommodate her chair. I could not cancel because it was non refundable. We decided to use the public bathroom. The women’s handicapped bathroom was unusable because the door could not even be opened wide enough. We finally ended up using the men’s handicapped bathroom. While my husband kept people out. It was a night mare. Your bathrooms are not up to code for handicapped people. We ate in the bar and grill and the service was terrible , the food was awful .

This is an older hotel going through renovations. It’s very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and fresh. The restaurant offers a great menu reasonably priced. Marshea gave us great service and made our evening very enjoyable! We would highly recommend this property.

The bathroom sink was clogged, the tub is dangerously slippery, it needs the no skid pad, especially for the elderly. And, no soap in the room.

Property was extremely affordable as a flight was canceled. I learned you get what you pay for. Lights blinked in hallway reminder of haunted house in July. Bedroom was dirty. Bed cover ripped, and extra pair of bunk beds with dirty mattresses barely covered. Bathroom not clean. King bed mattress sank when in it. Do not recommend.

Great location near the airport with hotel shuttle. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Comfy bed. Nice pool. Good shower pressure. Still working on a punch list given recent renovations. Decent breakfast buffet. No safe in room.
