Waited 15 minutes to check in while front desk person was on a smoke break. Loud residents throughout the night. No elevator and lots of steps. 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. Shower has leak and created huge puddle on bathroom floor.

Windows in both rooms broken and could open from outside! Fire alarm in room dismantled. Zero hot water, even at 4 am. WiFi not strong enough to reach our rooms. One heater not working sufficiently. Tip: use a piece of the coat rack to brace windows from being pushed open. Good: nice staff, allowed us to check in an hour early. Room cleanliness was as expected for the price. Sheets worn but clean.
