Our room wasn’t clean and smelled like smoke. There wasn’t any breakfast. Pool and hot tub wasn’t working.

We did not stay the night. We went to room and found the conditions unacceptable. The smoke detector was broken, blood on the hand towel, curtains in the room were torn and ripped. The heater was broken, and rusty. There was a crack in the tub, with peeling paint on the walls I was worried about the cleanliness of the mattress and sheets given the state of the room. Definitely disappointed in the stay! The front desk lots my orbitz reservation and check in took about 35 minutes while the front desk guy did nothing but tell me they can’t find me in the system. Then preceded to tell me that I should never book with anyone else but the hotel. The room service attempted to come into my room without knocking every morning when I had my do not disturb sign because I was working night shift. The room was hot even though the AC was turned on high. The hot tub was mediocre, could be much warmer. I don’t think I will stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. There is plenty of parking available. A nice variety in the vending machines. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The coffee maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the shower was clean but slowly filled with water while showering. The door handle to the front door had finger smudges all over it and there was a ponytail holder on the floor when I got there and 5 days later it was still there which shows they never vacuumed. I just made sure to use my own wipes to wipe down all the handles, the remote control, and switches.

Convenient for my weekend activities. Very welcoming at check-in, thanked me right away for selecting their hotel, gave me a rundown of food service hours for Sunday morning, I was wearing a veterans cap and they thanked me for my military service, gave me directions for a place I wanted to go, breakfast offered great variety and was very flavorful, the person checking me out thanked me for my business and invited me back again. This was a great lodging experience.

No one was available to check me in, although the front door was unlocked and all offices were open at 11:30pm. Another customer and I waited 45 minutes and called local and national BW numbers. We were told ‘there should be someone there, and save your receipt if you go elsewhere’. We found the manager’s home number on a note at the front desk and called it. The other waiting customer and I left two separate messages. Then I left around 12:15am and checked in at the hotel across the street. Shortly after, BW manager Brenda Parker called, apologized, and said she’d call Orbitz herself to make sure I was reimbursed for the room I wasn’t able to check into.

I was pretty upset. I am a single mom looking forward to a stay at a hotel with a pool and hot tub. Well..... They decided to clean hot tub so by Friday evening it was no warmer than the regular pool!! We spent a half hour until my kids begged to go back to room to take a hot bath!! Why wouldn't this be done earlier in the week before the weekend when you have a full hotel?

It was 78 degrees. No air. Told front desk. Still no air. Our room was next to the highway and we had to have the window open. Noisy all night.

cleaning staff walked in without warning at 9:30 am, no knock or anything.

Room is okay. Staffs are friendly... AC is too noisy ...

All staff was top notch. Courteous and friendly. Rate reasonable!!

Check in was a breeze, staff were welcoming and went out of there way to make sure things were good. Pool was fun for families to play and relax. Convenient location for getting where I needed to be. Good breakfast with packed to go breakfast for folks on the run, good thinking! Thanks for making the stay welcoming!

Enjoyed our night there, the only disappointment was that the pool was pretty chilly, but overall great hotel!
