The front desk lady knew someone a friend who had a guy with her. Side talk while checking in. Looked sketchy. Rooms were in ok conditions furniture had water damage marks. the hot water had to run for ten to twelve min before it got hot. The beds were comfortable and clean.

When we arrived to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and we tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t plugged in. Tried to plug it in ourselves but it was broken. The front desk woman was nice and brought a plunger over but we had to do our own plunging (it was only a number 1 FYI). After driving for 7 hours it’s not what we wanted to deal with. The facility was old and dirty. Would never stay again.

Although it appeared that this property had recently been modified, it still needed updating. My assigned room's refrigerator didn't function, so I was transferred to another unit. When I peeled back the covers, I found the sheets were extremely wrinkled, like they had been laid on and neither bed had bedbug protection. The toilet seat in the bathroom was peeling, so I wrapped it in hand towels to stay comfortable. I had drove all night and was exhausted, so I didn't complain. The breaking point for me this morning was the lack of hot water in the shower.

Smells and sounds

The room smelled terrible the moment we walked in. I suspect the carpet, because it otherwise appeared to be clean. The walls were thin, so many sounds woke us up in the middle of the night. This hotel needs a major overhaul.

Room door would not lock when closed from outside. When door closed from outside door does not latch shut. Advised front staff, no sympathy says they are booked full and does not another room available. Zero customer service.

This hotel was nice it was clean and quiet it was not 5 star but I would stay there again it was safe the staff was very nice only thing I didn’t like was the shower water was not very warm and the tv channels had no signal most of the time over all it was a nice place to stay for the night or a few days
