I’ve been to many hotels in Beckley over the years as I have family in the area, and finally have I found The One. I will absolutely stay here again in the future when I return. It was clean, the staff were polite. The breakfast seemed fine, but I didn’t get any. The pillows were so nice I might just buy some of them, lol!

Front desk customer service was fabulous, the environment was clean and breakfast was great!! Also, the young lady at the front desk (who was so helpful and friendly) also gave us 10% discount coupons for the steakhouse that’s within walking distance through the parking lot. That place was also fantastic so we appreciated her for that as well.
