Room was clean, bed was comfortable and heat was quiet. My 3 most important requirements. We were asked to hang towels if not leaving so can use them the next day to save the environment but only had 1 hook. The one hook was too high for me to reach. Could hear children running and people next door talking, but couldn’t understand what they were saying. Handy to highways.

I would not recommend this hotel. This property is looking run down and in need of some remodeling/deep cleaning. Paint is scratched up, lots of dents and dings on walls, toilet seat, etc. Had a towel with a hole in it. Floor was sticky in places. We stayed for 4 nights, and by the third day, our room had not been cleaned or restocked. We had to speak to the front desk twice to finally get our room cleaned. While the staff at the front desk was friendly, things were not followed up on timely. It seems there may be issues with management at this Holiday Inn. Not what I would expect from this chain.
