I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, there was visible dust, and the bathroom didn’t feel sanitized. It definitely didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited and consisted mostly of unhealthy items like pastries and sugary cereals. There was very little variety, and no healthier alternatives were offered. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again unless major improvements are made.

I stayed for three nights and while the price was affordable and the hot tub and pool were relaxing, unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in a while. There was visible debris near the door and spots of dirt or residue throughout the room. I didn’t report it to the front desk since it seemed like this might be the norm. Although the facility is marked as non-smoking, a guest was smoking just outside the pool area, and the smell quickly filled the entire space. That made it hard to enjoy what should have been a relaxing feature of the hotel. Check-in took 20 to 25 minutes, which was frustrating after a long drive. Only one front desk staff member was working, and the line moved slowly. Finally, the walls are extremely thin. I could hear hallway noise and sounds from neighboring rooms clearly. Even the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the amenities, but overall I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.

Staff were very friendly, but the check-in was very slow. The shower floor was not clean and the room smelled like smoke. There were always people, including staff, standing in the entry smoking. Overall disappointing.

It was what we needed. A reasonably priced room for the night. There was no coffee maker in the room which is always disappointing to me. Room was clean and spacious enough. They have those individual A/C which are very loud when they kick on.

I was extremely hesitant to stay at basic hotel like a Microtel, but I was MORE than pleased by this place. The rooms are fully renovated and we’re very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff are great. We will be coming to this area again and I wouldn’t choose any other hotel but this one now.
