Looks like an older property that Hyatt updated but did not gut and replace doors, ceilings, elevators. Could have worked but left me uncomfortable and wanting for the above standard I expect from Hyatt.

The rooms need to be updated, also it was dead bugs on the window seal and floor.

First day when we came to check in the front desk lady shirly very rudely told us the check-in is not until three and we need to leave the premises and come back at 3. She was actually pushing us out literally when we basically begged her to use the restroom and left. I never seen anybody so rude and mean in my life. This place is the filthiest I have ever stayed at. As soon as we entered the building smells like wet dog. Trash everywhere, the floors stick to your shoes from spills everywhere, permanent stains and broken, furnitures and damaged sofas all around the building. We got to our room and it smelled so bad, the restroom not clean and horrible smell, the towels are not white anymore, they were washed so badly that they turned gray/black. The bedding smelled horrible. My husband needed wheelchair accessible room and needed shower bench. The shower bench was completely broken, there was no shower gel. We asked for the room cleaned and shower bench but was told we have to wait until the next day for everything. We stayed here four nights and no one ever entered our room to clean or empty the trashcan, there was no place to put dirty towels in. No one came to do anything even after we asked several times. We asked to speak to the manager on three different occasions. They simply took our phone number and said the manager will call us but no body did. We used grocery store bags and took our own trashes out every single day and left all the dirty towels in the shower.

It was a nice place and clean, people working there very nice and friendly. The only problem was i saw a cockroach , small one and i killed it, by the sink by the door to the room. And no microwave.

My room had ants in the bathroom (311). There was puke residue on the floor, or a dog had an accident. What ever it was it was poorly cleaned. There was a stain on the duvet, which made me question the sheets.

Price

On day one of my stay, so far it’s good. The staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful!! It is very quiet and I slept through the night for the first time in a very long time!!!

My Room 509 needs the carpet replaced from a stain near the refrigerator area. Guests definitely don’t want to see stains in the carpet. Also, the room was mostly clean but did not smell fresh when walking in. The staff was very friendly.

Family Friendly, quiet, close to restaurants, shops, and major highways

As I don't travel much, I did not see a sign or was advised at check in that housekeeping services were only available upon request. I mentioned this at check out and was pointed to a sign that was facing away from the check in desk. Who knew????!!! I certainly understand but dag!!!

I was at this property for a week and i had to ask for my trash to be emptied and for fresh towels. the website says that you get cleaning services after the 3rd stay which is absurd, especially with the price i paid for the whole week it should be more often than that. if i pay higher prices i should get better services.

Terrible experience

No problems. Easy check in and check out.

Shampoo was enough for 1 person. One of the towels had black markings on it.

Very clean, friendly staff and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely stay again!
