Cleaning was haphazard...is it really hard to move the lamp to clean the mirror behind it? And the carpet...yuck! There were several spots that surprised you when you walked...and STUCK to the carpet.

Leaks from the sealing, soiled carpet, faulty heating unit, no hot water, out dated and unkept. AND I requested and reserved a king size single bed and I also called to remind management that I was expecting a king bed to accommodate my young child, I was told there were no more and there was nothing they could do to help me. If I wanted to I could call around to other hotels.

Pool was beautiful. Room clean and cozy. Staff very friendly and respectful.

I stayed Here for five nights. One day they didn’t service my room and another day they were out of soap. Room service stop serving before the 11 o’clock close time. Dirty linens for all the rooms were left in the hallways in piles throughout the day. And I had ants in my room. I have stayed at this hotel before and have been impressed. I was extremely disappointed this time

BEDBUGS! First room I was given had dead black bugs on the bathroom floor. Went back and asked for a different room. The next room had a small bug crawling on top of the bedding that looked like a bedbug!!!!!!!!!! I practically ran out of the hotel, asking for a refund, because there was NO way I was staying there. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it's definitely run down, but this was the worst! The exit sign was hanging from a wire dangling in the hallway. The place looks like it hasn't had a good cleaning ever. I am a frequent traveler and have seen all types of hotels, but truly, AVOID THIS HOTEL! BEDBUGS!!!!!

Very old and run down. Not at all like any Doubletree I've ever stayed at. The bar staff was also very rude and disrespectful to my roommates when they were trying to order food and drinks.

The room was clean but the hotel lobby, elevator and hallways very cluttered and in need of vacuuming and new carpet.

They did not clean my room for two days. I had to go to request at night for somebody to clean my room 😏

This hotel is located right off the main expressway. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

I had a great time there. There were a lot of noisy kids in the nearby rooms which was a little irritating but otherwise, great staff.

We came to Baltimore for a famoly event.the hotel ead clean and very comfortable. Great mattresses and pillows. Cute coffee maker and Coffee Bean coffee in every room. We requested connecting rooms, roll away bed and crib,extra water bottles and towels, and they accommodated all of our requests.

For four years in a row, my niece and I have stayed at this hotel so that we can meet up with a group near by and go to NYC to see a play. We always stay on Friday and Saturday evenings. The hotel staff is always professional and friendly; the room clean and well appointed and the on site restaurant never disappoints. We look forward to staying again next year and the year after that and the year after that......

Friendly staff, nice clean room, convenient to the wedding I was attending at Grey Rock Mansion.

Pleasant experience and cookies that can win your heart. For us the location was terrific and we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricy for a suburban motel.
