The Wittmore - Adults Only

Impressive decor. Impeccable service.

I've never felt compelled to leave a review for a hotel before, but I've never experienced anything quite like The Wittmore. This place is a true hidden gem. The online pictures speak for themselves - the decor is stunning and there are unique touches that you just won't find elsewhere (like wireless speakers that look like old school Marshall mini amps). But the stars of the show are the staff. They are simply amazing. These are professionals operating at the highest level. The front desk, the doormen, even the cleaning personnel - everyone was helpful and attentive to our needs and eager to make our stay memorable. If you want a bland, boring, and basic, there are tons of "luxury" hotels in Barcelona to choose from. If you want sophisticated, sexy, and singular, then this is the place for you. Please note that the ambiance of the Wittmore is achieved partly through lighting: Edison bulbs in the hallways and the rooms. I wanted to brighten up our room for work purposes and they graciously brought us an extra lamp.

Gaudí

Lovely stay at Hotel Gaudí!

Lovely small hotel perfectly located just a few blocks from the Gothic Quarter, near multiple museums, the Geull Palace- one of several buildings in Barcelona that was designed by Gaudí located right across the street, shopping on the Las Ramblas and the incredible Boqueria Market is just about 4 blocks away. We loved our stay here and we will be back!
