Good size room, modern furnishing, condition ok, except for bathroom which is quite worn. Unwelcoming staff for non-spanish residents (that was very visible both during check-in and check-out, comparing how staff spoke to us and others)

Only stayed 1 night pre cruise. Room was large, clean & comfortable. Check in & out without problems. Food in the dining room was very good. Breakfast was good with many options. Took advantage of the hotel's shuttle service.

Great hotel but didn't like tub showers and the shuttle bus is too small and needs to run more frequently after 10:00am. It left the overflow people at the airport on the sidewalk to wait 30 min. for the next one. Bad scene, felt bad for the people left behind.

To start I went to turn on the shower and got sprayed from head to toe. The hose was broken. The only American channel on the tv was snowy. The speaker had a short. The towels were DINGY, OLD, FLAT AND ROUGH! The hotel it's self is located in an industrialpark. There's nothing close for tourist. The only place to eat is the hotel bar or vending machine..both are over priced.

Couldn't find shuttle bus, had to take $25 cab. No waste basket in room. Could not work TV and no instructions in English. Could not figure out how to call front desk. No English newspapers.

I would like to make a reservation on my next fly to Barcelona.

pieces of wood missing on the bedroom floor, 2 separate elevators to different floors, no one at the front desk told us. enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport. No printer at the computers to print boarding passes out. No shower door, bathroom got soaked after showers. Couldn't figure out what the second toilet was for. No USB ports in the room, figured out to go to the front desk to get an adapter, no one let us know about this.

Shuttle should arrive every 30 minutes at the airport for pickups late at night. We waited for 45 minutes before having to use a taxi since one never showed. It was 3 am - very obvious one never showed. At the hotel the shuttle was just loading up to go to the airport - clearly they were lucky to make it to the airport once per hour. Next morning shuttle is supposed to leave every 15 minutes. Go outside to find a line of 30+ people waiting already. No order, no proper queue and the shuttle only fits about 12 people. So when the shuttle arrives everyone rushes and its chaos. Meanwhile a huge full size tour bus shows up for the hotels free "Ramblas shuttle" for downtown. No one is going to Ramblas at 9 am. 2 people boarded. Seems like switching buses during busy times or letting people know about the queues (or signing up for time slots) would be more effective. Needless to say we weren't the first 12 and based on past shuttle services from them we had no faith another would show in the next hour. Had to take another taxi to the airport. We had to waste 40 EUR in taxis for what is supposed to be a free service from this hotel and one of the primary reasons we booked it.

We stayed here one night before leaving Barcelona. We were coming back from Seville and wanted to be close to the airport. It’s a quick walk from the nearest train station. The hotel offers a shuttle for 6 euros p/p downtown each way if you want it. They also offer a free airport shuttle which was really the main reason we chose this place. The bar was great and offered a good selection of drinks and food. The restaurant also looked great, but we stuck with the bar. The staff was excellent and printed out our boarding passes for us. The room was nice, but took a while to get it cool enough to be a decent temperature. The bed however, was horrible (unless you like super firm beds). My back was killing me when I woke up, which is not the best when you have three long flights to get home. If it was not for the bed, everything was worth staying here again.

Hotel nice clean. Food choices ok. No place for early morning coffee

The lobby seemed grand from the photos, landscape overall was good, yet the room was disappointing as soon as you walked in. The decor was dated and the floor tiles were falling apart, bathroom sink faucet did not work, and the shower head was unstable and the water ran all over the bathroom due to the semi- enclosed glass setting. Really wish I did not stay here; could have a perfect visit in Barcelona even with big demonstration and monuments being shut down!

We ordered this hotel because it is close to Barcelona airport and we landed at night. and it served the purpose well. Easy to find, large well a equipped rooms and a nice breakfast.

Dinner cost 36€ , or $43 for a chicken breast dinner, little serving of mixed veggies, potatoe, and a ravioli dinner , that had 5 small raviolis, bottle of water and 2 small beers. Bed was hard, shower was poorly designed with water on floor. I would probably stay there again due to proximity to airport, free shuttle was nice and efficient.

The Barcelona Airport Hotel is a great concept with a great facility, but it is one of the most poorly managed hotels that I have stayed in. Problems include poorly/non-functioning room equipment such as the hair dryer, some lights, TV remote, etc. The food in the bar was ultra-expensive and inedible. About anywhere you go in Barcelona, there is good food, so the slop that this hotel served was magnified during my stay. I just didn't like it. Two pluses: convenience to the airport and cleanliness.

Modern hotel very close to the airport. Also close to city trains stations. Clean, nice staff. It worked very well with our schedule.

This hotel is right at the airport with free transfers to and from the airport also offers transportation to and from the city and port we did however book a king room but were given a twin room but the hotel and staff were so good we didn't even complain I would most definitely recommend this hotel food drinks security location staff comfort all five star

We were very pleased with the hotel in every way. The staff was so helpful and the food was delicious. A very pleasant relaxing place until we took our flight back home. Recommend it to anyone! ******** MANY STARS!

Customer service was amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Worth a stay just for that. So convenient too. Shuttle to and from airport, shuttle to and from port and Las Ramblas. Room service was great and well priced. Definitely recommend!

Your hotel advises that wifi is available in common areas and in the rooms. However, this is not true. Not only did your wifi not work in the rooms but there was no coverage in the common areas (restaurant and front desk areas). This is completely unacceptable. I selected your hotel since you offered shuttle service to the airport. A second major issue is wifi. I had to rely on a friend who was traveling with me for sharing his wifi via his iPhone. I will be sending an email to the Orbitz management team about this upon my return to the USA. Peter

Stay here if you are flying. Too far away from the city to be a holiday hotel.
