The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. We had missed our connection to arrive at our cruise and they were ready to help. We are so impressed with everything there. The room was clean, roomy and modern. The food was outstanding and drinks were plentiful. We would highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona. It is also close to many cruise lines.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. Food was good also. Asked for late checkout and got 3 hours at no extra cost as they had the room. Location was great for business as could scoot in and out. Not as good for sightseeing at weekend as was a hike from main parts of Barca. But taxis outside.

Lovely hotel inside however there is alot of building work going on at the back of the hotel, the breakfast buffet is amazing. However we decided one night to dine inside the hotel for dinner, both meals came out luke warm however we were that hungry we just ate them. Great for walking to popular areas and great transport links. Would highly recommend

Passport was stolen from my hotel room
Absolutely awful experience at EuroStars Grand Marina. Had my passport stolen from my room! Reported it to the staff who didn't seem to care at all. Made me feel like this wasn't the first time it happened. If you're a traveler, especially with a foreign passport, avoid this hotel at all costs. Their security seems nonexistent, and the staff is unhelpful. Look elsewhere for your safety and peace of mind.
