Eurostars Grand Marina

We stayed in a suite for our pre-honeymoon and the hotel staff was excellent helping me arrange a surprise in the suite for after the meal. Hotel lobby, hallways, restaurant, gym, pool, etc. were all elegant and modern making our stay very comfortable. I would rate this hotel a 5 and highly recommend it. Hotel was in an excellent location also very close to all the best of Barcelona.

Great location, staff was excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you going to or off of a cruise.

It is a great place, I stayed in a junior suite and it was big, with a nice view and the bed very nice and clean. The restaurant was good and the staff very polite and friendly. Absolutely Recommended

Very close to city attractions - free upgrade with champagne to welcome us. Very good option for people visiting Barcelona. City tourism bus stop right outside the hotel.

Everyone speaks good English, phew, despite having to speak Spanish and likely Catalan too. One of us was surprised and delighted to have perhaps the best meal of the trip in the hotel restaurant. Not the most experienced wait staff, but friendly and solicitous. I've had worse in a Michelin-starred establishment, where our Eurostars chef would not be far out of their depth. The other candidate for best meal of the trip was a reservation made and suggested by the concierge, whose help is the straw that wins the hotel this review. Our application of "Stuart's algorithm" - pick the second cheapest - paid off with the room. A good size, comfortably air conditioned, hardwood floor(!), bottled water etc replenished daily, likely the best view in the hotel, over the cruise liner port to Montjuïc and, with its five jets, one of the best showers I've ever had the pleasure of using. The walk into the Barri Gòtic was a bit far to go for a Spanish style light breakfast - we could never face the excess of the hotel buffet - but, the rest of the time, we appreciated the isolation from La Rambla.

It was a nice hotel, but not a 5 star room and service. We expected a lot more at such a high price that we paid. The staff always made excuses to not help us with something. The location is a bit of a walk of the center. Not what we expected.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Marina View Suite luxurious but with some minor flaws: no tv in bedroom; no outlet by coffee pot station so it had to be moved to be used. Hotel is well located near a nice mall and the cruise port.

Clean, close to everything. The bathroom was amazing.Convenient and priced right.

The hotel was well located near the start of Las Ramblas, the mall and Barcoloneta. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do and see the two short days that we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early. the room was neat and had a wonderful view of the marina. My only complaint is that we could here the next room very clearly through the walls. It did not make for a restful night either evening as they stayed up until 4am both nights laughing and talking. It appeared be the connecting room door that allowed all the noise in. Other than that, it would have been excellent.

Very clean hotel. Awesome hospitality. Very helpful. Perfect location of the hotel to see tourist places around. Fantastic sea view from terrace..would definitely recommend stay here..

Hotel is walking distance from Windstar cruise ship that we were sailing on the next day. Room was big and clean and staff were great. Close to Hop On Hop Off Buses too.

Room on the corner was amazing, except for when huge cruise ship pulled up right beside us and blocked the view. We weren't expecting that. Rather shocking to wake up with cruise ship passengers peering in at us.... Oooops! We very much enjoyed our stay though at the Eurostars Grand Marina Barcelona. We would love to return! Thank .you.

Great hotel location with good view to the city and beach also near the down town of Barcelona.

Beautiful hotel close enough to main street for shopping and dining but far enough to have a quite evening. Rooms and accommodations were amazing. I would love to stay here again for a longer visit.

This hotel is ideally located for us - close to the Rambla, close to the old city, close to a metro stop, etc. And the hotel itself is stellar! Accompany this with a very affable staff and things don't get much better! We have stayed here before and will stay here again when we are back in Barcelona!!

Amazing stay. Superior location. Great value. WOuld definitely do it again.

Nice, clean & comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great location for pre or post stay for cruisers as it's close to the cruise port. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity but Las Ramblas is just about a 10 minute walk away. There's also a hop on hop off bus stop nearby for easy access to all of the sights.

Perfect location to La Rambla and other attractions, including beaches and waterfront. Quiet, being at the end of a small pier. Breakfast was excellent with a fresh, healthy selection for everyone, though pricey (25 Euro). Gym included free weights as well as yoga mats, space for stretching and machines. The pool was closed though in mid-Feb. Concierge was friendly and recommended some excellent tours, the Oller del Mas - a wine tour and Montserrat tour. Included wi-fi and in-room safe. Nice shower and separate bath though provided shampoo and other toiletries were not the best; you'll likely prefer to use your own. Taxis conveniently waiting outside.

Great location, Room was clean and good size. But for five star hotel it did not provide in room free coffee and tea. Even one star hotel provides free coffee and coffee make. I was surprised and disappointed. Great location. Nice view

no one is cleaning the rooms unless you ask 5 times, floor 3-4 are very smelly ! the staff was a night mare avoid at all cost !!
