Stairwell smells like an outhouse. Stove doesn’t work. No light in kitchen or dining area. Toaster doesn’t work. The shower pan fills up with water and pots onto the floor within 90 seconds. They were very helpful and responsive until we got into the unit. When we reached out for help the responsiveness disappeared. We had to move out. They refused to refund any money!! Worst VRBO experience ever.
