The beds were too hard, the tv didn’t switch to english, couldn’t rent movies or anything the double room double was very uncomfortable no space to walk thru the room has to climb over the bed to walk the thru in and out No upgrade, nothing got there early both times Had to wait until 3 to check.

Big hotel, next to a shopping center. We were given a bottle of champagne as a complete surprise. Great views from the upper floors.

The bartender on the first floor was just awful. We moved to the 3rd floor, deciding to have dinner and the guy moved there. Just as awful. The food at this resort is not great. EXCEPT for the breakfast buffet. Which is plentiful and fresh. Delicious fruits. Our room AC stopped working, but the maintenance guy was there in 2 min to fix it. The shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor terribly. We improvised by putting the bath mat inside against the door, which helped. On our day of departure we had to leave earlier than breakfast started and the front desk arranged a picnic lunch for us to carry with us. It was huge and included juice, sandwich, croissants, fruits, yogurt. Yummy and appreciated. The pool area needs more chairs! I know the deck area is small, but it would have been nice to have a chair to lounge in, on the only day we chose to visit the pool! The hotel is closed to public transportation and the advertised tour bus stops out front. The beach is across the street and down two blocks. There is a huge mall next door. It's convenient, but if you want to be in the thick of all the action, you might consider staying closer in. Oh, the bed was comfy.

The bad issue is the elevators... 600+ rooms with only three slow elevators. Be prepared to wait 5-10 min to get to the breakfast... Apart from that, awesome breakfast, nice room, good views, great area and nice to get the free minibar!!

Great hotel! An extremely friendly staff. They are there to help you get around and give advise where to go. Rooms are great. I highly recommend this hotel! We had a great view from our window.

Overall I had a great experience. When I first checked in I waited a long time. I was aware that check in time it’s around 2pm. However I arrived around 10am. I was in an overnight flight. I explained that I was exhausted and if was possible to check me earlier. So they say within an an hour. I saw other people getting a room a bit earlier while I was already waiting over an hour, so of course I insisted. Anyway they checked me in within three hours. Besides that everything was excellent, especially the Guest assistant named Miguel I believe. He was amazing. He helped me to arrange a trip to Montserrat and la Sagrada Famila. This hotel was a bit out of the way from the main attractions, but when we got to the main areas, we were so pleased we chose this hotel. The metro was 1 block away, plus there was a mall beside our hotel which proved to be convenient as I had forgotten my swim suit. We had an ocean balcony 2 room suite that was amazing. It was our anniversary and we were treated after a long journey with Cava and treats. It was so quite where we were and the view of the sea on one side and the city on the other was breath taking. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very clean and had an amazing rain shower. The location was a bit far from the city center but close to the train station (15 min transportation). Drinks in the mini bar are free and updated daily. The only issue was I asked for water downstairs as we checked out and I was told that the only way to get water was to request room service. I could not believe that there is no water available in the lobby! We also asked for dinner recommendations and the hotel staff recommended the restaurants at the mall. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my evenings in Barcelona.

Only spent one night, but if we'd had more time would have stayed here longer. If we go back, we'll definitely look this hotel up again! Especially for the price!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my boyfriend. We had a beautiful room with a great view. The hotel staff is nice and friendly! It's right next to the Diagonal mall, across the street from the Science Museum and about a 5-7 minutes walk to the beach.

We regret that your experience was not completely positive in our hotel; we do our best every day to give the best service and facilities to our guests. Check in time is at 15.00h. If you arrive earlier and we have some room available you will be accommodated, but if the room is not yet ready we can keep your luggage in order you use our facilities. I don´t have any detail of your booking as your name or booking number, so I can not check your file. I would like to inform you that our mattresses are of the highest quality. Anyway if during your stay there is something that is not to your liking or you have some issue, you just have to inform our guest service or front desk department and they will do their best to assist you, as guest satisfaction is our main goal. We have 5 elevators, 2 of them from ground floor to business centre, breakfast room and meeting rooms and 3 panoramic lifts where you can enjoy views of Barcelona.
