We booked this venue so we could have our wedding. It was the absolute best venue. The host Veronica was so great. Always available and very communicative. Everything that we needed during that time period, the host came through and then some. Also, absolute best location and perfect venue for our special day.

Veronica went above and beyond our expectations in every possible way. We hosted our wedding there and stayed with our friends and family, and she made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, kind, and genuinely caring — truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made our stay and wedding planning so much easier and completely stress-free.Her house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — it truly felt like home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you could tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort.If we could give her ten stars, we absolutely would. We’re so grateful for her warmth and hospitality!

We had a birthday celebration for our mother at the home. Everything was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the property. The weather was great so some family members spent time reading outside in the screened-in gazebo. The children played on the playground, and it was nice for them to have a place to play safely. The kitchen and family room were on the lower level, which worked out well. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate, laughed, and watched movies together. The sectional was very cozy. The bedrooms were a good size. A couple bedrooms had trundle beds, which was nice. We felt secure in the home. The home was very clean. We used the studio for our mother’s birthday dinner. Our family and friends enjoyed that space. We had about 17 people attend, and all were comfortable. We used the television in the studio to display a picture slide show and stream music. The outdoor seating provided a nice space for people to gather for pictures and chat. Checkin was very smooth. The host was very friendly! I had many questions in the months leading up to our stay, and she responded pretty quickly. She remained available and responsive during our stay. Our family really enjoyed the visit! Would love to come back!

Great get away!

We had a fantastic stay at this home and created so many wonderful memories. The layout was perfect, and the bonus room off the garage was an awesome spot for games. The spacious yard made for a great place to relax and hang out. The owner was extremely helpful and kept in excellent communication with us throughout our stay!

Grad Party Fun

We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodations to the weather. Everything we could need right there at the property with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family and friends as we celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation. Christmas 2024

Family from 3 different states joined us here in Illinois for Christmas. The house was just right for our group. Downstairs there was plenty of room for games and tv watching. Snacks and drinks were at hand. The extra room behind the garage was perfect for our Christmas dinner, plenty of room as another set of in laws joined us. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. A lovely surprise for us was the Christmas tree set up in the family room., it added to the charm of the home at this time of year. Veronica responded promptly to a question we had and was in touch with us throughout the stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Thanksgiving - 2024

Our family of 12 simply had a wonderful, tears of joy filled reunion in Aurora at Evergreen House. We were able to seat twelve around the tables together for all our meals and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. The highlight of the house was the downstairs superbly equipped kitchen, open dining area for 12, and a living room/entertainment area with a sectional sofa, game/card table and the largest flat screen TV we've ever seen. This large three area open space was the center of our family gatherings and thoroughly enjoyed by all! Veronica was a joy to work with and the family is already talking about returning next year! It was a wonderful family time.

Spacious and Clean!

The house was large enough to allow for everyone to have their own space comfortably while also having large gathering areas so everyone could hang out together! The screened in gazebo and deck were the popular spots of the weekend. The check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy as well, Veronica was a great communicator and host!

Perfect large space!

We stayed at this property for a wedding in Naperville and a reception downtown Aurora! The location was perfect. It was quiet and very clean. Massive outdoor space and additional party room with fridge and its own bathroom! Note: it doesn’t have central air upstairs, but once you run the wall unit for a bit it was perfect. Next time we come to Naperville I’ll happily stay here again.
