Smelly, carpet in the room was wet because the air conditioner leaked

A 2 star motel feel. Low ceiling in the lobby gives you that basement feel. Worse that expected overall.

It was ok. A balcony or a desinated smoking area would have been nice.

Slept very well. Clean rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Smells bad . Carpets have huge stains both in the hallway and inside the room.

Cigarette butts everywhere. Hallways smell like cigarettes. Air conditioning system in room had mold and fungus growing out of vent.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk a few blocks and go to a great restaurant for dinner.

The location was by Fox Valley Mall. I thought the hotel had a slight smell and some stains on carpets. Otherwise, for the price basic necessities were meant. The bed sheets were clean. I was in town short lived for an event, so only needed the place to sleep. I would recommend the place if looking for a place to sleep. A family getaway, not so much.

great affordable place to stay out of downtown chicago

This hotel is a bit older, but the staff has obviously done all that they can to keep it updated, well-maintained, and a friendly place to stay. The free breakfast was superb. The room was well-appointed. The staff was all friendly, funny, helpful, and quick. The only issue was that the bed (bedding and mattress) felt old and was stiff and uncomfortable. The pillows were oddly "half-sized" as well. But really, we got SUCH a good deal on this room that it was easy to overlook that and enjoy everything else our stay offered us. It's likely that we'd stay here again if we find ourselves in the area on another trip.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend stay in Aurora. It is close to shopping malls and restaurants (walking distance) which was very nice. The staff was very helpful in showing us where to go and directions for the area. The breakfast was very good and fresh both mornings and the price was just right!! We would come to this hotel again in the future.

The staff was friendly and addressed me by name every time he saw me. He was absolutely friendly and gave the absolute best customer service I have had in a long time.

it was ordinary except for the paper thin walls. we were kept awake till all hours of the morning by loud neighbors and the front desk did not seem too concerned about our discomfort.
